This is it I'm mad as hell and I'm not taking it anymore.

Then you go out and prove it to whom ever you play.

The Raiders can no longer look elsewhere for what ale them they need to do what ever it takes to win the game. and here is the format:
1.Change your attitude(NOW)
2.Play hard to win after all you nothing to lose
