In this society all ex-cons have a hard time after they leave prison. He's not special. Our society always has and always will treat garbage like garbage. What he wants doesn't really matter. If he concerned himself about his goals prior to going to jail he wouldn't be in the boat he's in now. That's called acting like an adult. He will pay the fiddler as they say. There's no way around it.

When will you get it through your thick skull that the NFL is not society and is not governed by the laws of society? The NFL is a private enterprise and anybody can be ruled to be unfit to play in the league if the Comish. deems it so because of actions or words that brings negative light or publicity to the league. It falls under the clause Actions detrimental to the NFL.

Mikey could serve another 5 years and it would still be up to one man to judge whether Mikey is cleared to play or not cleared to play.

Please, get back to school and learn the difference in society and privately owned business.

YES he did it wrote:
According to a report filed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Vick would put "family pet" dogs into fighting rings with pit bulls just to watch them get mauled, destroyed or killed.
The report, dated Aug. 28, 2008, says "Vick,(Purnell) Peace and (Quanis) Phillips thought it was funny to watch the pit bull dogs belonging to Bad Newz Kennels injure or kill the other dogs." The report has names and phrases redacted in order to protect the anonymity of certain individuals who cooperated with investigators.
The 17-page report also stated that Vick was directly involved in hanging and drowning dogs that they deemed not fight to fight. The report says that somebody was paid $100 to dig two graves for the dog carcasses and Vick, Peace and Phillips buried them.
Vick, who is serving 23 month sentence in a federal prison in Kansas, has already reached a plea deal with Virginia that will result in a three-year suspended prison sentence and a $2,500 fine.

Welcome back Mr. Vick. Thank you for doing your time and now returning to an ever changing world. I look forward to seeing you play next season. I see you playing for the 49'ers. Where ever, You team will be my favorite. Good luck and send me an old Falcon jersey in 2x (smile). I have followed you since you broke your leg. My grandchildren really get tired of you talking about you! lol

<quoted text>How about YOU take your dumazz back to grade school and learn to read again. The point is the NFL is as accessible as a job for Mike Vick as yours is (although if you are doing it, it can't take too much brainer power).
Keep talking all this crap ... and Mike Vick will still be reinstated.
You remind me of one of the first cases I worked with an older sergeant, we responded to a call where a woman had clothes stolen from her clothes line. The sergeant asked her what types of clothing was stolen, to which she replied. They got two pairs of panties, three bras, a night gown and a bed jacket. The old sergeant responded by saying, "Oh, they got your working clothes".

It's not that I'm against Micahel Vick, I think he's served his time and is a free man or soon to be. but I think the NFL has to ask, "Is this the kind of role model we want to endorse for our children to grow up and become and make millions of dollars playing a game?" And since their answer is likely yes, I ave the right to disagree and keep my children from watching their sport.

Thank you Pat. You are a good person.

As the old saying goes Evil flourishes when Good people refuse to act.

Thank you for acting...thank you for not being a coward.

Some people never learn that it is better to think with your head than with your crotch. The great proof of a group of people thinking with their crotch is the number of children born to unwed mothers living in projects, while the fathers are cooling their heels, either on the corners of the inner cities or in the "Vertical Bar Hotel".

It is actually quite sad that some of the more ignorant of the breed are more impressed by the more animalistic physical attributes of Michael Vick than they are aware of his complete failure as a human being.

I can just hear the above mentioned person talking to it's friends at night. I know that Mike spread STDs, fathered multiple bastard children, tortured and killed defenseless dogs and most likely was into at least light weight drugs, HOWEVER, have you ever seen him in spandex? Look at the size of the package.

One must wonder, with that mentality, how many government assisted crumb snatchers does that one have receiving, ADC, Stamps and WIC benefits?

Go read the blog of BAD RAP, the organization that helped evaluate the poor pit bulls at Vick's hellhole and saw the evidence of the atrocities committed against the dead ones: http://badrap-blog.blogspot.com/2009/05/op-ed... As one commenter pointed out, he wasn't just doing dogfighting. He was premeditatedly killing the "losers" in as cruel a way as possible for his own entertainment. If the NFL lets him back in, I'll be happy to join the protests every time he's in town. He's a psychopath who has gotten off way too easy and with no apparent remorse.
As another article mentioned ,he was a dogfighting heavyweight.

Bytoch, take your psycho babble down the road somewhere because you don't matter at all. You are now dismissed! There must be someone else you can follow from thread to thread and comment on. Not a goddamn thing you say or what you think of me is going to stop Mike Vick from getting reinstated in the NFL so gives a flying phuque whjat you think.
Adios, and go kiss off. You are acting like an idiot to put all this effort in replying to what I say. Give it a damn break you POS idiot.
I think that this one needs some anger management, what is the matter, did I hit a nerve? Actually you are very easy to understand, your seeming need for gutter language is a basic view into your being. You strike back with much gusto, however, I notice that you have never questioned my views or facts, either about your precious Mikey Big Package or about yourself. Now, my little gutter dwelling idiot, you are dismissed, by the way, why are you on topix five days after "Pay Day"?

You are not hear to talk about Mike Vick, but instead to insult and hate on Black people. You too can add me to the list of the Black people you hate for no other reason than the color of their skin. Congrats, you have come out of the closet and are now a full fledged Klansniffer.

If you want to know my views on the subject of Mike Vick then go back and read any of my numerous posts but it doesn't seem like that is what you are after. From this point on then you can continue to talk to the Haters and post humpers who are here for no other reason than to spew hate. Feel free to add me to the list of the other Black people you hate for no other reason than the color of their skin. Bye.
