So who was the "good team" yesterday in the following games; Pitts/Chi, Houston/Tenn, NE/Jets....what the hell are you talking about. Looking for anyway to stick-it to TT/MM. If the team doesn't win this season and make the playoffs, they'll probably both be gone so what's your point?
Actually, I have to pin some significant blame on MM for the last two week’s ineptitude. Clearly the players need to get their acts together, but when your team is making football 101 errors, the coach isn’t doing his job. These are football 101 errors: receivers not watching the ball into their hands, penalties, poor footwork and basic fundamentals on the line.
As for TT, I can’t harp on him as much for an individual game performance. Of course, if things continue this way he’s ultimately responsible. I really see this as his year to sink or swim. It’s a team full of his guys with his coach.

This article points out key factors as to why GB would not win. However, IMO they will compete, for 3rd place. This is not because I am a Vikings fan. My opinion is based off of observations I've made after watching both games for CHI, GB, and MIN.

Initially, I was going to credit CHI's defensive line when they wreaked havoc on Aaron Rodgers week 1. However, after watching Antwan "I had three total sacks last year" Odom sack Rodgers five times on Sunday, three of which coming in the 4th QT, the blame goes solely on mismanagement on TT's part and horrendous coaching of technique on the Packers' coaching staff. In the post game press conference, McCarthy even stated that GB gameplanned to add heavier protection packages for Rodgers all afternoon. They didnt help obviously. So therefore, it must come down to terrible technique and/or lack of overall talent. Ever since TT took over the GM position, GB's OL has always been in a state of flux.

I dont want to hear that Odom played well because Clifton went down either. Throughout the game, Odom was abusing him as well. The entire Packers' OL is just pathetic as a whole. Can you imagine what MIN's DL are going to do to that offensive line? Expect a lot of the same things you seen last year when GB traveled to the Metrodome to occur on OCT 5th. Rodgers is going to be running for his life. And I hope the Packers aren't looking past STL. Afterall, they "should've" beat Cincinnati to a pulp. Especially at Lambeau.

Second Point: Cedric Benson carved up GB's rush DEF for 141 yards on 25+ carries. Thats sad. Seriously. What are they going to do for Adrian Peterson? Its just not going to be pretty. And this based off of pure personnel standpoint.

Can someone call Greg Jennings and ask him where he is?

Also, Ryan Grant was given a $40 million dollar contract to do what exactly? 3 total carries in the second half is a joke.

Third and Final Point: Green Bay has got to be one of the most undisciplined teams in the NFL today. They were penalized up and down the field on Sunday. Luckily for them, CIN was just as bad discipline wise.

You watched that game more than the Vikings game? That is flattering. I would bet anyone that Cincy makes a push for the playoffs, that team is healthy and has many play makers, Odom is no fluke. I agree that our O-line needs a mental check though!!!! I know where Jennings is, watching AR run for his life on the football field.

I love how most people want to write off Cincy as a bad team, yes they lost to Denver on a fluke play, but Denver put up 27 on Cleveland, the same Cleveland team who gave up 31 to Minn. Denver couldn't do anything against Cincy, and the fact is Cincy is NOT a BAD team, the Rams are a bad team and we will destroy them. Minn better be ready, because we'll have the kinks out by then.

Fact remains: We should have been able to move the ball on Cincy. We should be able to move the ball on anyone, in my opinion. We shouldn't need ints to score.

We did, except Grant fumbled on a good solid drive into Cincy territory, and Jennings had a bad dropped pass that would have gotten 20 yds or so, I believe those two plays were the result of us losing, not every game is going to easy and we made a few bad mistakes and it caught up with the Pack, if we can eliminate those mistakes, we win that game easy, and shouldn't have any major problems with other teams, just think they are a little rusty, and need to work out the kinks and this week is a good week to do it against the Rams. The Preseason is exactly what it means, PRESEASON!I know I am making excuses, just don't think that loss is as bad as everyone is making it out to be, but if I'm wrong, I'll own up to it.
