Brett is the starter, and he is doing well. Live with it. Brad wrote: Wll, Backer...the PAckers are going nowhere this year. Why not start Rogers and give him the experience to prepare for the 2007 season? I would not bench Brett - I would give him to option to tutor Rogers OR trade himself to where he wants to go to finish his career. He will always be a Packer, but he needs a much more solid cast than GB can offer at this time to be successful. It's painful to see him suffer. His post game interviews are like post mortems. There are a couple of nice warm FL teams that could use his help. I admire Brett for a fine career and a real humane person who had battled many crisis in his personal life. I also admire the GB community for supporting a cummunity team like the Packers. I hate to see either of you suffer through losing for no purpose other than killing time. If Rogers starts now, any loses will be a learning experience for the 2007 team.

I don't know who ' dude' is , eric, cos there are quite a few ppl here congradulating AC on his good fortune to leave GB. And for your information, dude, this IS the Ahmad Carol forum board - not a Green Bay forum - so if YOU wanna get over him, what are you still doing on this board and this thread? He has been gone from Green Bay since Oct 2nd . Time for you to mosey on over to a Green Bay forum... and leave Ahmads fans behind here. You have a great season, and enjoy your Top 5 2007 draft pick.

Oh, I guess the above applies to all you disgruntled Green Bay fans still on the Ahmad Carrol forum stomping on his GB grave. This is now his rebirth in JAX forum, so as Eric said, get over it and move on.

Actually, you're incorrect. Sometimes they have topics in certain forums that cross over with each other - for example, the Darren Sharper's Move to Safety Golden thread could be accessed from both the Vikings and Packers forums. I don't know if you guys have an entire forum dedicated to Ahmad Carroll (which is quite sad, if you do), but if you do then this would likely be the case again. The thread is in a Green Bay Packer forum, therefore we have every right to talk about it.

Dangling this guy for a draft choice would have been absurd. Every coach in the league takes advantage of his poor play, so why would they want him on their team? Wish him luck? He'll need plenty of it to stay in the NFL. Brad wrote: TT and his gang are eager to get in the good graces of Pack fans by chipping away at the Mike Sherman era of bad drafts. Dumping AC without even dangling him for a draft choice was like tossing a Christian to the lions. It was done to please you fans and distract you from their most important personnel decison: dumping Brett to start the team's true resurrection. You are correct , Eric: it was a Godsend for AC to get out of GB. I wonder how many other GB players are jealous. Let's all wish AC the best of luck.

If the Jags have room for a utility player, he'll stay, he is an excellent athlete, other than that, his road trip(s) have only just begun. ala Terrel Buckley.

I didn't realize that you can't read, Henry. Try and look above where it says ' Ahmad Carrol News | Ahmad Carrol Forums'- right under where it says Jaguars Agree to Terms With Carroll . Do you see where it says Green Bay ANYWHERE? There is no longer any connection between Ahmad and Green bay, right? You can't find a Green Bay forum? Oh well...You Green Bay fans have little else to cheer about on a Green Bay forum, so I don't suppose we will ever get rid of your complaining about Ahmad 'til maybe after the draft next year when you finally have a new CB choice to complain about.

Hey, idiot, how about shutting up before you sound stupider. Check here. http://www.topix.net/forum/nfl/green-bay-pack... If you'll notice, it clearly says "GREEN BAY PACKERS" forum. If you go there, you'll come to the GREEN BAY PACKERS forum, in which you can clearly see that this topic is accessible. Now shut up.
