We havent played a top 5 running back but we played 3 top 10's in Johnson,Slaton and Jacobs and with the exception of Jacobs we dominated

The Giants game wasn't about the running backs, it was about the D getting mauled on the line of scrimmage. A hardened bowl of oatmeal could have gotten a couple of yards per play the way that the Giants line was playing.(there is a reaon they are the Superbowl champs, afterall...)
Flacco will be fine if the recievers can get a little separation.

You can't just rank running backs based on total yards, that's stupid. It doesn't account for games not played. Clearly Brandon Jacobs is the best back in the NFL this year. So to state we haven't faced a top 5 back is just plain dumb.

That being said, if anyone thinks an injured Portis will do much damage, think again. I bet we see more Ladell Betts than Portis on Sunday night. The Ravens have been a great 2nd half team all season, so if they get up early this game could get ugly quick.

This will be a defensive struggle. Flako wont have much luck against the Skins secondary. The Skins offense is primed to break out of their slump against bmores 34 defense. Sorry ravens fans, your rookie qb has been impressive, but not this week. Skins 17 ravens 10.

Wait a sec there, didn't Flacco already light up Hall when he was in Oakland? Wasn't that the reason he got cut? How are Redskins going to pressure Flacco?...oh, how are they going to account for the running game that will be thrown at them? How will the Redskins defense get off of the field? Here is the big question....How will they score on the Ravens defense? You know they don't just run a 3-4 set don't you? Unless they score on special teams, they are in trouble. 30-6 Ravens at M&T Bank stadium as it can get ugly.

Big Defense battle and a lower scoring game unless the Skins air attack shows up if JC gets knocked out of the game early and Collins lights them up.

Skins 17 Blackbirds 13

ROFLMAO - the 'skins offense is going to break out against the 2nd ranked D in the league with Ladel Betts running the ball and half a Portis?

Go ask $hitsburgh what we did to them.#52 sent 3 players to IR in that game.

Be careful what you wish for, nothing worse then going up against a wounded, have to win this game team and that is exactly what the Skins are right now. Do us a favor and have 52 knock out Jason early ok?

I agree with much of what Mike said.
Flacco has to go deep on first down a few times.
Avoid stupid panaltys.
Get some QB sacks! And TACKLE!
Avoid turnovers!

If they have a leading rusher and all these speedy recievers why have they looked so bad these pass few weeks? I know the reason but why are you trying to scare the readers? On paper the Ravens should win sooooo what's the problem?

In the NFL, they don't play games on paper. Ask the 2007 Patriots.
