Heck of a job coach!! thats why your one of the top elite coaches in the league. Some Gruden haters better be careful what they wish for. I knew what McCown had and this past Sundays game was no surprise to me. What I also know is that McCown allows you to go deep into your playbook. Garcia hasn't thrown to 10 receivers all year and the mismatches you created on Sunday is what makes you an elite coach in the league.

We have a Championship Defense, A Championship Special Teams Unit and with Mccown on the field we have a Championship offense. That can only equal to a Championship game in January. Hell of job considering your playing with a 3rd string team. Good times ahead with the salary cap in our favor and I wouldn't want any other coach coaching for Tampa Bay.

People and fans should know that your the Buc's number one fan and have been since you were a teenager. Now you are living your dream coaching the team you grew up loving. Go get us another one of many to come Championship trophy coach, you have my respect no matter what others may think. Go Buc's Go!!!

After unrelenting media jabs about Gruden/Allen during training camp & well into the season, it is truly delightful to see them have to eat crow. Hey guys, use plenty of ketchup as crow doesn't taste very good! And thx to this Bucs team for the team first concept they have apparently all bought into. Are we maybe looking at what will end up being the best Bucs team ever? Thinking ahead to next year, I'm sure we'll have the most competition we've ever had!

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Cancer

Your powers of concentration are finely honed today, enabling you to focus on something to the exclusion of all else. This is just what you need if you're hoping to make a big dent in your workload or you're doing something very fiddly or detailed. But it's important that you know when to stop, otherwise you might get really weary and lose your effectiveness.
