The Dolphins released defensive tackle Sam Rayburn on Wednesday to make room for running back Samkon Gado, who was picked up off waivers from Houston.

I think Miami should trade away for their lock first pick. There are enough draft pics from last year sitting on the bench already....

looks like Booker can go back on the inactive list. im surprised Cam hasnt signed a third QB yet. heaven forbid Lemon goes down and Beck has to get his uniform dirty. i dont get this guy, our D needs all the help it can get, so he cuts a DT and brings in another RB...Booker is not gonna play, so why didnt he just deactivate him and keep the defensive guy? I dont know, my faith in this guy is dwindling at an alarming rate, If we dont see Beck next week, and Cleo loses to the Bills, Cam will not be liked by most of us supporters he still has left.blaa blaa blaa---aaaahhhhh i dont want to hear it, just win 1... then we can talk.

They will probably beat the Jets to finish 1-15. Only problem with the Dolphins luck, the Jets will be 1-15 also and would wind up with the #1 pick based on tie-breaker!!!

The Dolphins have 3 starters from last years draft and soon to be 4. Several other clubs have 0 rookies starting. The others come off the bench. Your post sucks and so does Green day.

Lorenzo Booker doesn't blow. He is , along with , john beck the future of the dolphins. he is our future secret weapon. trust me, he will get that uniform dirty by 2009. you just be patient while cameron keeps telling wayne he doesn't want the good players to get hurt. don't worry truth, they'll be in a patriot uniform by 2010.
I for one love watching players get drafted to be highly paid cheerleaders.Although, if it were me drafting them, I'd sure as hell want to see them play.

I just saw where the jaguars signed Grady Jackson-Defensive tackle. Dolphins sign a Running Back,Cut a Lineman.All this while giving up an average of 30+ points a game..........sheer brilliance!!

I doubt he is bad at all. Problem is, he isn't an all around back. The offensive system that is now in place calls for a back that can do it all. Booker is more of a change of pace 3rd down type guy. It was a dumb draft pick. Not because he sux, but because he doesn't really fit into the system.
I have said it many times, they should make him a slot receiver. I feel as if he might make a decent replacement for Welker.

i saw this guy play high school ball out here in cali and he was all that. Not sure what happen at FSU but he's very much in the mould of a reggie bush. Unfortunately, it appears that he either lost a step, lost confidence, is not smart because I have to believe if he had anything to offer, he'd be in the lineup. ery perplexing!

Good call on your part - that is what they were training him for before Ronnie went down. They want to be able to use his speed.

Does anybody know if Gado is a good blocker? The article says he is very physical so I am wondering if he was brought in for beck to give him an extra blocker and safety net.
