Not only that, but we're in an era where coaches loyalty is of the foremost importance - they stay at their first job forever! Just ask Spurrier, Meyer, Rich Rodriquez, Les Miles, and, well, you get the idea.

Also, if a coach does poorly, the school/team will stand by them until they get it right. Just ask Zook, Mike Shula, Gary Dinardo, Bobby WIlliams, Ray Goff, and, well, you get the idea there, too.
