The problem starts from the TOP!!! No discipline at all. Bad play calling from the Offensive Coordinator. I know Wade Phillips is a laid back type coach who wants his team to be professional and act like men. However, he needs to be a dominate force that will get into the player's face. It does not make sense for a team with great talent and playing like garbage. Also, Romo has to step up and play!! It seems like the players are running the team instead of Phillips. You did not see that when Bill Parcells was Head Coach. He did not take that garbage, neither should Wade. If nothing gets better, Both the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator must GO!!!! It is very SIMPLE!!!! STEP-UP or STEP-OUT!!!!
