Good for them. They can fight it out for the 3rd and 4th seeding in our division next year!! I am hardly scared,as a die hard Bear fan. They will likely struggle the 1st year in transition anyway's. Go Bears!

4-3 or a 3-4, it still boils down to talent, execution and coaching philosophy, whether it's Dick LaBeau, Rex Ryan or Jim Johnson. The Packers and Lions are in the same boat as the Bears, but they actually have an excuse, given a change in scheme. Let's see how long this transition takes them to adjust to the changes in their front seven,(Bears included!)

The changes ultimately mean the potential for blown assignments will be greater than it has been for offenses in the NFC North. But the changes also mean the established teams in the division—the Vikings and Bears—might be able to capitalize on two rivals in transition.

These days, there are more than oysters on the plates of Bears offensive coaches.

Gosh, I didn't realize we HAD any established teams in our division. And we're going to to be playing the Ravens AND the Steelers next season .... that's just great.

The "Tampa Who" will look like Pop Warner. This team needs to change with the times, but how can it if it can't even make half-time adjustments?

Hope those oysters are fresh!

The 3-4 is a great defense against teams who are incapable of making big plays. A team with an solid line and a great running back will do ok against it (like Minnesota this year), but this could be a 2-6 year in the division for the Bears. I just hope we don't lose to Detroit, that would be horrible for team morale.

The 3-4 defense is primarily used against teams that pass the ball, 3 down linemen/4 line backers/4 defensive backs. Not being a Packer fan, I’m not sure if the Packers have an over abundance of fast line backers and defensive backs. However, in recent years, the Bears seem to have trouble finding a fourth down lineman. Does anyone know if the Bears have a 3-4 package in their defensive schemes?

Packers and Vikings will fight for the title as the Bears and Lions will be fighting for the basement.

No, it will be the Packers on top,'cause the Viking "MOVING WEST" sign is out again (check out the startribune.com and click on Sports, then Vikings).

This means the Ram-a-lam-a-Ding Dongs will be joining our pathetic division as the Queenies sail off into the sunset.

I laugh as I read the Queenie fan comments .... "They'll never move - We have great fans - How can they do this to us?"

Apparently they've never heard of the Colts, the Browns, the Oilers --- or maybe they don't remember their own Minnesota North Stars (I actually saw them play -- Gump Worsley was a hoot!)
