Good luck Rainbows and the "Shoot and Shoot" offence, you will need it.
If the coaches coached like they did and the players played like they did in the LA Tech game its going to be a very long and embarrassing game.
As for Mac, if you don't make changes to your game plan the home field advantage does not matter.

They're home after being away about a month. They're going to do a lot better than they did at Ruston. Fresno State thinks they'll run roughshod over Uh the same way Nevada ran over UNLV. No Way! Talk is cheap--hope you watch the game. Maybe this time you'll see WarriorBall if you haven't truly seen Hawaii at it's best.

Fresno could have beaten Wisconsin and Cincinnati and they played Boise tough. Pat Hill and Fresno is a good team. They are the best 1 and 3 team in the nation. We better bring our A game or we are in for a long night.

UH's problem is an inconsistent O-line.

Don't like the match-ups- Hawaii's soft defense, especially against the run against Fresno's powerful running attack.

Another disadvantage is that Hawaii has to start a walk-on qb-Moniz who has zippo Div 1A playing experience(mop-up time against LaTech) doesn't count much)with a weak oline that can't run & pass block.

This game may end up real ugly with a blowout win for the Bulldogs.

offensive playcalling.. gotten a bit better (rolo callin plays now not ron lee) even though i think they should run a lot more often

Good luck UH. UH has been getting lucky over the past couple years, but this year against FSU, they're going to embarass us and the program again. Hopefully after that, Coach Mac & his staff will get the boot, because they can't coach players how to block & tackle. UH D-Fense can't stop anyone on offense, and FSU played a hard schedule. The shoot & shoot offense has proved that you rack up yards, but you don't win consistently year after year, we need a more balance style offense so the o line man aren't always back peddling against these fast edge rushers that we're going to face. I just hope we get a good COLLEGE football coach & staff to the islands ASAP! Good Luck Warriors!

Going to be a loooong day for Hawaii. If they can't stop the run by La Tech what makes ANYONE think they will stop Fresno? I hope Moniz has the game of his life, because Hawaii will need it to have a chance.

Go warriors!

This looks like it could get ugly for UH, but then again that is what i thought last year. Since Fresno hasn't beat us since 05 they'll be hungry for revenge. My prediction Dogs 45 - Warriors 28. Hope i'm very wrong but that rushing attack of Fresno is no joke. UH rush defense against Latech was a joke.

Fresno has always been a strong rushing team. Heck, they rushed over 300 yards last season but still lost. The defense should do better than last week. As for the offense, get the running backs more involved! They have all the talent in the world yet they're being used to block. What a waste! And if you want to know how to get into the end zone with the run and shoot, either call me or look at the 06 and 07 seasons. Going with a 3-wide I-Formation is pulling a fast one Ron Lee. If you want to power it in from the 2 with the I-Formation, get rid of all the damn receivers! This isn't high school!

The O-line has been bad for UH, but so has Fresno's D-line. Moniz should make some plays and make this a game. Remember, he still has good receivers to throw to.

Ahh nevermind with all the criticism and predictions already, just let the game do all the talking...and hey if you feel so "embarassed" about how things been going, then maybe your not a true Hawaii fan?..that's the thing about most Hawaii people, they only stick to the team if theyre doing good and if theyre not then all the trash talking comes out...ahh das y hard! Anyways GOODLUCK Warriors!

The bottom line is there is no way UH will beat Fresno. The 9-1/2 points in favor of Fresno is too low. It should be 21 points in favor of Fresno. Without Greg Alexander, it WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE for UH to beat a good team like Fresno.

So Good Luck Warriors, you are going to need a lof of luck and a miracle just to make the spread.

It would mean a lot to Pat Hill to beat Hawaii in Hawaii. Hopefully we don't give him that. It could be a long night. Good luck Warriors.

Good luck Warriors, you guys can and will do it. Coaches let the big men start off by banging some heads and cutting the RB's loose. Mix in the quick passes and AGAIN I SAY 1 WORD TO YA "WILDCAT". input the wildcat offense utilizing all the speed guys. GO GREEN!!!!!!!!

UH is a minor league team in a weak division. Close this bad program and put the money into UH academics. None of us students care about entertainment for the public. Pay for your own football team.

This is college not pro. UH has had a football team for a very long time and to take it away is nuts. It's all we got and if you don't like it go to the school in the mainland. If you want money for academics cut politicians salaries.
