Viking fans please put the billboards up now --both in the twin cities and Mississippi. you've got to start showing #4 some love. Hes bruised-hes battered--he says he needs more PRACTICE with his receivers. Talk to him and be nice. Maybe he will come to mini camp and training camp to practice with his receivers. Start planning now. He needs you. Put the please come back billboards up now "you Brettcha". Show him some love.

There is both good and bad news! First the bad news. The Vikings will not be playing in the
playoffs. The good news, we only have to watch
them play 7 more times this year! Geez..

We need to send both our coaches packing...immediately... Childress, well we all know the reasons, but Frasier's basic defensive mentality is about 12 years too old for this league. He blitzes on 3rd and long, but rushes only 4 on 3rd and 5. The cover 2 is built to prevent long passing plays, so no reason to blitz on 3rd and long. We should be blitzing on first down, to get ahead of the chains. This team is so unbelievably predictable its painful to watch.

We made the Bears look like a super-bowl caliber team yesterday, which they are not. Only 7 more painful sundays/mondays left. Thank God college basketball is here...

Oh, and somebody please show Mr Peterson how to catch a football. The guy is so physical gifted, its ridiculous, but he couldn't catch a cold to save his life. Hand eye coordination boy.

It is what it is, except for Percy the wide receivers are either pussy's or worried about next years payday... predictable offensive play calls...no pressure on the quarterback and 2nd and third string corners. We are not a good team... in any aspect in which you could grade this team. Farve looks as if he is in panic mode most of the game, No body can open a hole for AP, and what the hell is the rookie doing in the game? Did AP need a break? yeah right. Childress's my way and the only way does not allow does not allow for any adjustments, that is why we lose the second half every game. Why was no effort to run a hurry up with Brett? That is what got us cooking last week. Oh well.... SOS, we suck and Pack will feed on our carcass next week. God I hate that worse then anything.

Obviously Zigi paid no attention to how Dallas responded to firing the inept Phillips - whupped maybe the best team in the NFC! The Vikings need an emotional/mental boost now, FIRE KLINK ALREADY!!

With all the best technical equipment available, I was more than surprised to see so many slips by Vikings players yesterday. If there were any cleat changes made, it wasn't evident as there were slips even later in the game. Inexcusable, in view of the fact that it could not have come as surprise to the equipment guys, after all they knew it was outdoors in Chicago. Those slips were costly to the Vikes, check the replay.

leave it to a bunch of idiots to blame Favre for all the INTs and the loss, look at the facts 1. all our Starting Receivers were on the sideline smiling and laughing when the camara was on them while we had these washouts from other teams trying to play to save the game 2. Shiancoe and Peterson both slip and fall on 2 INTs and and our Oline cant protect the QB so he gets stripped from behind 3. The playcalling is so predictable Run, run, pass punt and to top it all off our D is not pressuring the QB at all giving up 3rd and 21 and then look back over the last 4-5 games its the same way cant win and expect our QB to perform magic every week when we have the same crap everyweek but you all are right lets blame Favre even though he has alot of heart and injuries and still is making the throws and playing thru it while Barrian and Rice sit on the side line worring about a contract year and a pulled groin. Rice has only performed for 1 year and now he wants a huge contract .....get your ass out there and earn it, u see thats what Greenway is doing ......................but hey look at the bright side we will get a good draft spot. I am and always will be a die hard Vikings fan, after 27+ yrs I just accept the fact that this is my team and let downs are here every year what ever...... GO VIKES

This organization (I use that term very loosely) is a disaster. The only thing that can make this season worse is if the Vikings win 4 or 5 out of their next 7 games thereby missing the playoffs and falling further in the 2011 draft.
This "coach" needs to go. He's pathetic..first words at his post game presser were "...hat's off to the Bears...". Are you kidding me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
He's a mutton head and he needs the hook, now! While we're at it...send his other brother Darrell (that poor excuse for an offensive coordinator) packing as well. I'm still on the fence as far as Frazier goes, but I don't see him settin' the world on fire either.
We need a head coach with passion, football intelligence and testicular fortitude. We haven't had a good coach in a very long time and we've NEVER had one that can win the big game.
It's also time to sit Favre down and see what we've got at the QB position (if anything) so that we can plan for next season. Why are we waiting? With all due respect to Favre, I think the whole drama surrounding his return for this season ruined this team. I blame the owners and Childress for that. Same goes for the Moss debacle. 3rd round pick...are you kidding me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
We also need to make the players accountable for lousy performances. If they can't step it up, then cut 'em loose.$150,000,000 in salaries and for what? It's ridiculous.
This season is over. There were no signs whatsoever of a team that's playing better in Sundays "Daaa feat." There is absolutely no way, given the current coaching situation, that this team runs the table...not happening.
Let's clean house and prepare for a future. If we get the right supporting cast and crew, Peterson, Harvin and Rice could lead this team to a championship. Let's not wait until their careers are over to do so.

Anyone who thinks Shiancoe slipping caused that INT has to go for an eye exam. That pass was so far behind him, he fell trying to adjust to it. Watch it again, Brett waited far too long to throw it.

But your right. We aren't good in any phase of the game. The lone bright spots this year, are Percy Harvin's ability and Peterson not fumbling. Otherwise this team is average or below average in every phase. We can blame Childress all we want, but these guys get paid good money to show up week in and week out and they just don't. We need a serious overhaul. Our best days are now behind us, just like Favre's over the middle passes.

Don't be surprised the vikings are slipping & sliding. They do that in almost every grass stadium they play in. It's almost like they don't warm up or run around the field before kickoff. zzzzzzzzzz wake me when its over

Favre will ensure of this, don't worry. He will depart and leave the Vikings screwed even for the draft. I love it, lmao.
