I am finally starting to understand how long time Packer fans turned against Brett Fraudre. Other than perhaps Lebron James, there aren't many athletes more self absorbed and bigger shameless self promoters than good 'ole Brett. His act has lost its luster and my guess would be the same sentiment is felt in the Vikings locker room His comments from earlier today where he expressed how he believed that he gave the team "the best chance to win" are truly a case of reality in a parallel universe. Frosty the Snowman has better mobility than Brett does at their respective stages of their athletic careers. Chances are if he plays this week (the height of pride and selfishness) over Tarvaris Jackson, he could be carted off the field in different sized containers. All the respect in the world for your past accomplishments but look at the film and other than the fabulous arm strength still occasionally on display, the speed of the game has passed him by. Be a team player like you say you are and graciously step aside; at least until you are able to perform like a professional athlete.

He should start in his walking boot and play the entire game in it throwing INTs again. Then we can blame the refs for losing.

Selfish, good one, he will most likely be lucky to walking without a tremendous amount of pain in 10 years due to him leaving his body parts all over Lambeau for you effin' ingrate fans, get a clue ex, 4 real.

I bet you took one look at his unit via those text's and wished it was a cheese curd so you could swallow it up huh?

i don't know what to think in regards to brett any more. i was excited about him coming back, but this is turning into an awful mess. i can't imagine what is going to happen from one day to the next. not what i envisioned for the season. i am almost ashamed by the way this thing spins out of control every day. i'm ready to jump ship as a viking fan if this continues for the rest of the season. i'll get back on when we get back to a normal plane of football. not the circus this has become.

What difference does it make who throws the interceptions? Brett or Tavaris. Let Brett get to 300 games if that is what he wants. This team isn't going very far anyhow. Take some of the money that we get for not signing him back next year and find a real quarterback.

I have said it before and I will say it again, in what universe do we see Tavaris Jackson being the solution to our quarterback problem. He isn't talented enough to even be in the conversation. Perhaps Ziggy can trade him and Childress as a package. Perhaps Ziggy can show some leadership and direction for this Team, Childress doesn't.

One thing I have to admit. Brett finally stated that Childres is the Coach and he is the quarterback. Now if he only would have felt that way 3 years ago, he would still be a Packer, and Aaron Rodgers might be a Queen.

If Chilly starts Jackson and T-Joke plays like he usually does, and the Vikings get crushed, then you will have seen Klinks last game coaching the Vikings.

What's best for the team? Favre didn't exactly set the world on fire two years ago when he insisted on playing hurt in New York, and Jets went from an 8-3 start to 9-7, missing the playoffs.

Look, there's a lot of football left. I'd love to beat the Patriots, but this is an interconference game, and less important than a division or intraconference game. Childress needs to take control of this team and sit Favre down until he heals. I'd rather lose on Sunday if it means Favre heals and plays better down the stretch.

Truth is, Favre won't sit, because Childress would have been fired if Favre hadn't shown up last year, and both of them know it. So if Favre wants to play, he'll play, even if he throws three more INTs this week.

Why is it that we always get stuck with incompetent coaches or coaches who's egos run out of control? Dennis Green's ego got so big after drafting Moss, he believed he was infallible, and his team crumbled around him. Cheapo owner McCombs replaces him with Tice, who while a nice guy, never had his teams ready to play well consistently.

Then we get the control-freak Childress, who while compiling a very good roster, has mishandled the QB position from the day he arrived here. Now after refusing to admit he was wrong about Tjack, he's sold his soul to get Favre in here on Favre's terms. In doing so, he's lost control of this just as Green did in 2001.

Zygi, if you're not going to replace Childress with Frazier, at least interview more than one guy before hiring your next HC. But fire this moron before things get any worse.
