Hey Brett. Come back with conditions. i.e. Coach/ Player situation. Even though Brad (with all due respect) progessed there were some quetionable moments. Actually I think Brett could come back as the HC if he asked Wilf and co.

I see you're trolling all over the Vikings boards with nothing insightful to say. I guess there's probably not much else to do when you're un-employed.

Tough loss, especially when you look at the numbers.
It seemed to be destiny for the Saints, and now the Colts can deal with the pity party everybody is throwing New Orleans way.
The Colts will be favored, but the Saints will have everybody except Colts fans on their side.
Destiny? Two weeks from now we will find out.

How many play off games have been lost because Favre throws an interception?? ALL OF THEM! LOL.
He wont be back. All the hard hours of work to get this far and blow it.I still cant get over the dumb ass play at the end of Regular time. 19 seconds on the clock when Favre does his kamakaze act. 7 interceptions All season. And Favre crashes the team into the towers just like that. Nice effort Bret, but dumb as a box of rocks. For Gods sake Favre could have walked the ball in!

All you bitter Packers.

What did Rodgers do against the Cardinals at the end of the game that cost the Packers?
Fumble the ball away. I did not blame him, he had a gutsy performance.
Brett, gave it all he had, that is all you can ask. The offensive line sucks and should be ashamed at the way they have let him get hit not just this game but all year long.
Me thinks they are all buds of TJ.
Brett, if you retire, thanks for all the memories If you come back we will love it.
For your sake though, make the decision after the hoopla of the Super Bowl and stick with it.. No more flip flopping. You would make a great QB and receiver coach.
Thanks again for being such a sport!!

Favre giveth, and Favre taketh away. Why would any of you rubes be surprised at this? He's choked in the playoffs since 1997. Remember six INTs against the Rams, late picks on ill-advised throws against Philly, the Giants, and now the Saints. It's just another layer of despair on your cursed franchise.

Favre gave us the most entertaining football we have seen around here in 10 years.......... And this morning the two papers, and the radio stations
are mocking his play from yeterday.........The Clowns at KFAN are singing
"Balls on the ground, balls on the ground" and are rolling around having a big yuckfest. Kfan is saying Petterson has to go.......... Well next year when you are watching T Jack and Chester, with Chilly's kick-ass offense......... enjoy
Because you will be having an 8

Those on the radio and in the papers making fun of Fvre and Petterson......
Next year enjoy an eight and eight record with T Jack and Chester..........

The viks came out of a time-out when they had 12 in the huddle........
thanks Chilly

Great Game.

Brett Favre cements his history in my mind as a tough never say die hard nosed competitor. While the talking heads love to talk about his last pass, those of us that watched this game realized that the fumbles in the red zone on prior plays forced an already beat down player to dig deep and make a play. I willl never blame Brett for this loss. The Saints only hope of a win was to knock Brett out and from my vantage point it appeared that they would do this regardless of the circumstances--there were too many late hits throughout the game that proved in my mind that the coaching staff of the Saints were fine with delivering a cheap blow and taking a penalty. Too bad for the game and "just win baby" proves to be a strategy that leads to a cancer that ruins organizations--ask the Raiders about this.

Great year--hope Brett comes back and makes another run.

I don't disagree that the loss was not Favre's fault. Not all of the Packer playoff losses were completely his fault either. Al Harris had a big hand in the loss to the Giants two years ago. But at the end of this game, as at the end of that game, he threw a pick that ultimately cost his team the game. Run a few yards, kick the FG, it's over. But he made the throw back across his body, and you saw the results.
