jimisrite please go back to your parent's basement your friends are waiting for you online to join them in a game of World of Warcraft. Brett is coming back. The Pack is going to be good, but so are the Vikes. Your kind whining is why I despise you and all other Packer Fans.

This team has to at the very least reach the Superbowl. Otherwise there will be a coaching change.

As much as I don't like Brad Childress, Brett Favre has really disappointed me to the point where I hope they don't make the Super Bowl, and I hope it is because Favre stinks, and I'm switchin teams until he leaves.

I can see now why the Packers said forget you. This guy has played the media, the franchise, his soon to be teammates because he has an ego the size of Jupiter. I can't believe it took three players to go down there and bring him back to this team. The last time I checked, Favre blew it in New Orleans. His teammates didn't, the coach didn't. Favre did. All he had to do was throw the ball out of bounds. Now, he acts like we, the Purple faithful, owe him some love. Give me a break.

And you know, thinking back, that's exactly what happened to the Packers. Favre threw that bone headed interception against the Giants and the Giants were Superbowl Bound. Suddenly Favre tells the Packers to kiss his feet. We don't deserve that kind of teasing. We don't need a guy to throw away our Championship Dreams just so he can have some one love him up next August. We're 0-4 in Superbowls.

how about you trying a new user name instead of using a changed version of mine?... Maybe it's too hard for you to come up with a clever one, I don't know .... If you'd bother reading my posts you'd see that I agree with you that the Vikings have a very good team (as the Packers do also)... and what the hell is "kind whining?" ..... Oh and I couldn't care less if you "despise" me .... I'm not here to please you .... I'm just trying to find a few adults who want to chat about football .. You game?.. Or do ya just want to b!tch back and forth like the rest of the drones .... Oh and about my "basement" .... sorry to disappoint you but the only thing in my basement is an awesome theater room I built 2 winters ago ...... It's complete with a lower couch area .. an upper "balcony" area with 4 original movie theater seats .. A "screen" area decked in black curtains and a 52" Sony Bravia LCD with surround sound .. A hall entry with a full size gumball machine filled with M&M's and honey roasted peanuts along with a wall cabinet filled with movie candy and popcorn .. It's a great place for Sunday football and I look forward to watching the Packers take back the North this year with this years MVP Aaron Rodgers ....(Oh and I left my parents house over 30 years ago when I got married).... Have a great evening!

Rogers took over a championship team that went 13-3... Favre started out with mongrels.

Bite your tongue. Your comrades here on this board will only settle for a superbowl win, not just getting there.

And YOU are reading a Vikings blog.

I don't read anything about the Packers because I don't care about them.

Apparently you care about the Vikings so come on and join the human race and become a Vikings fan.

Mr Rite,

That is a awesome basement. Although I'm still imagining a dark damp basement with posters of Farve and Mark Chumra a old HP computer with a old style screen. Maybe a Farve mousepad? A stack of "used" Hustlers and Playboys. As far as talking football I've learned long ago there is no possible way to talk football with Packer fans. They are way too unreasonable. Also, looking back at all your post's the common thread is you ripping on everything Viking. And as far as Farve goes he just simply makes our team better. There is no debating that. 9-7 without him 11-5 with him.

How silly "wrong" is. He states - As far as talking football I've learned long ago there is no possible way to talk football with Packer fans.(vise versa)* They are way to unreasonable.(vise Versa)* Favre does not make your teams better as Rosenenfels showed last week how good he was. Did he lose the game - no. I like your statement. "looking back at all your post's the the common thread is you ripping on everything Viking" What do you want "Rite" to do kiss your butts. Its football "wrong" get used to it.
*Footnote - ViseVersa means Vikings
