they jags don't learn..year after year..we keep telling them they need a pocket qb who can deliver from the pocket...i went to the jags game vs. the browns...same thing..jarrard is not a chamionship super bowl qb,never will be...scramblers are dead,they had a long chance and they do not win super bowls!

i straight up think they just want a black qb,instead of a super bowl qb!
there are good black pocket guys like warren moon,doug williams,donovan mcnabb....but most black qb's wanna take off scrambling to much...you gotta have skills to move up into the pocket and throw downfield...that spreads a defense ,opens up your running game when safetys are worried about the qb who can throw downfeild from the pocket..
