What's up with all these people sucking cops dicks like they are holier than thou. Cops are people. Most people are good, some are bad. Therefore, a lot of cops are decent, but some are definitely evil and corrupt. You are an absolute fool if you think every cop is impervious to wrongly killing a kid in the heat of the moment, and then planting a gun to cover up their screw up. One thing about cops, even the good ones, is they think they are above the law. Just like you people, they are intoxicated by their uniform into thinking they are any better than anyone else.

The Question Is wrote:
I will repeat this - the question is NOT whether he had a gun, its whether the police felt justified in using deadly force. If the police believed their lives were in danger - end of story, deadly force permissible, tragedy all around. The gun is only one small piece of evidence. Even if it was proved beyond any doubt that he didn't have a gun, if the police can show they felt their lives were threatened, their acts were justified.
This what allows this crap to happen. When someone is running the other way, you don't shoot them. You're odds of missing or hitting someone else is just as great. This is why you have backup. Shooting at someone 9 times and hitting them 8 times is something that happens when your life is in mortal danger. This was not. If he was white instead of Asian, more people would be outraged. Maybe next time it will be if we let this cop continue to be so gung-ho. Who's son will it be next time? Take this guy off the street before something worse happens. Being a cop is a hard and thankless job, but a few make it alot harder for others.
