Its about time Harrison gets some help! Now we got ourselves a big hitter. Watch out non Patriots fans we have a lot of talent now. I cant wait to play the Jets now that they have Brett Favre. Its to bad they dont televise more Patriots games in Wisconsin. Thank god for Sirius Radio. But would rather watch. Go Patriots!

Ok first of all raider fan just cause we kicked your ass back in 2001 does not mean you have to still whine about the spy gate thing "BIG deal" we spy'd on there fucking defense calls those if those retarded jets had the capacity to memorize there own damn plays on the field that would have never happened. 2nd of all i know that your a "Raiders fan" probably the most die hard fans of the NFL is a raider fan.. But if you knew anything about the pats other then repeating the damn "Cheatriots" and your dumb Patriot hater sayings, You would know that we are known for a versatility and we can create lynch as a damn tight end if we felt like it. Trust me Lynch well have a starting job by the start of the regular season.

Lynch is a great player. He's loyal to the team he plays for and knows how to be a team mate in the locker room. He will fit in nicely in their roster. Looking forward to see them in Tampa tomorrow.Never underestimate the Pats!!!!

xenophobia, i know you get tired hearing the same shit from me all the time. and you will continue to hear from me until your "BRADY 2 LOSS-T 2" and your "Farts vs Farts", TRASHTRIOTS keep jumping to our forum you will continue to be annoyed from me! if you read back on some of the other forum lines, i tried to call for a break until we play each other but! they said they would "never" stop! so that shows what kind of "TRASHTRIOTS" you have! we didn't start it.=)(they're proud!) "YOUR BUDDIES" (THE TRASHTRIOTS)

...yes it is true, Moss did = Loss as a Raider, but now he has more victories and TD's in one season than he had in two seasons as a Faider...goes to show that you can't take a great player, but him on a crappy team like the Faiders, and expect him to succeed...

Junior Seau retires from San Diego and one week after his "Graduation Day", he signs with the Pats.

John Lynch doesn't want to play backup for Denver, works out a deal to be released and OH MY, a week later is signed by the Pats.

Anyone see a problem with this?????

Maybe Godell should be checking the Pats phone records...

OK, I hate the Pats with a passion, but I've always had respect for John Lynch. So I'll put in my 2 cents on this signing.

John Lynch is a good safety, but at the age 38 his time may have come and gone. However he could be good against most of the NFL teams the Pats and their declining defense face next season. But the bottom line here is the fact that John Lynch has never won a game against the Colts with all their starters and quite easily possibly the Chargers. So in other words, the bottom line is that the Colts and Chargers seem to have had their way with John Lynch in the prev. seasons. So Lynch is defenitally not the answer the Patriots need on defense to beat the Colts or the Chargers.

Also I would not rule out John Lynch not fitting in with the Patriots defense (good possibility it won't happen) since he has always played in for the most part a Tampa 2 system of defense which is for the most part excatly opposite Bill Belichick's 3-4/4-3 defense. Also Pats fans don't forget that your team is the only one in the NFL who wanted this aging veteran safety. So he may just be a has been. But he could still be good just not against the Colts or Chargers.

But either way I think John Lynch will help the Pats against most of their opponents.
