This completely ignores the Smith problems as a coach. He couldn't care less about offense and fired the offensive coordinators several times causing chaos on offense and someone to take the blame. The last straw was bringing in Martz who dumped Olsen for a 300# tight end for blocking only. Every back and QB got killed every game. Smith just stood on the sideline and took another valium. Even down he preffered the defense on the field and has no clock management skills what so ever. If you were his pet you did no wrong. If you weren't you sat. Good luck Tampa Bay.
