Bears will travel to Green Bay for Sunday night NFL opener

While the buzz out of Monday's NFL owners meetings involved Broncos coach Josh McDaniels declaring disgruntled Jay Cutler "our quarterback," the Bears discovered a 2009 opponent and stumbled across three extra draft picks. Full Story

Can't wait for football. I think it will be a great experience this year to see the Bears play!

Looks like the packers are licking their chops for this game.
The inexperienced offensive line will be rolled over by the pack defense and orton will be running for his life. Forte won't be able to do much because you need an offensive line to make the holes for him.
I predict the packers over the bears 42 to 0.

Well Val I don't think the Packers are in any better shape then the Bears! I think this will be a big game for the Bears Defense to go after Rodgers and see how well he can run the 40, The Bears are going to be better then everybody thinks! They know they have played like dog du the last 2 yrs. and with Lovie and Rod calling the Defense I think we'll see a better D-line and more Monsters Of the Midway that we all like to see

Opening night at Lambeau is a great way to get everyone's attention at the start of the season. Not sure the Bears brass is going to be overly happy about this though. This Bears team is shaping up as a 4-12 or 5-11 disaster.

I love you're enthusiasm. I hope you are right. I would love to see the bears prove all the fair weather fans wrong, but even if they have a great season people will still find things to pick at

true, they are 3-0 with WRECKS GROSSMAN as the starter but it was not his play that won those games, remember how awesome the defense and special teams used to be.

Its nice the Packers dont have to open up with a good team for their first game, the fact that Lovie is 4-1 at Lambeau means nothing as a new season begins, the Packers will be much better this season and its great to see the Bears come to town early to participate in the early bearhunt.

Go Bears, too bad the trainees Lovie the Mope and Jerry the Dope are so inept! The team has so many holes to fill that a 500 season would be a miracle!

The big questions is how many
more new coaches will Lovie hire to cover his short comings as a head coach.

However, we call all smell the stench of the rotten cheese heads in Chicago's rural playground called Wisconsin. The Pack can be counted on for another collaspe!

Realistically the inept Lovie owns the Pack and that just goes to show you how far the Packers have fallen.

Yooper --- in case you haven't been following your team, they've switched from a 4-3 to a 3-4 defense, so good luck with that, buy yourself lots of beer for medication, and get ready for the Bears to beat you down!

Grossman did for some reason play well up there. Give the guy a little credit he did not play bad all the time.

glad to see the extra picks we got. hope the staff puts them to good use on offence. wide receiver is a must this year, especially someone with the guts to catch it over the middle.i think you could count the number of catches we had over the middle last year on one hand.

Packers are switching to a 3-4 defense this season without the right personnel for it yet.

This is a lucky break for the Bears to play them so early.

NBC wants their golden boy Barry's team on primetime. Look for him to be at Lambeau that night.

Way too early to tell what will happen. The draft hasn't even taken place for Christ.
