Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick continued to sit out practice Wednesday as the club prepares for the Falcons.Vick missed last Sunday's 27-24 win over the 49ers after sustaining cartilage damage in his ribs during a Week 4 loss to the Washington Redskins.
