Nope Plent of talent and Great Talent are not the same thing. Plenty implies quantity, while Great implies the how good they are. You can have plenty of beer, but that doesn't mean it's good.

Doesn't that hold true for EVERY TEAM selecting EVERY player in the draft or through Free Agency? The difference is that when you've coached a player for several years you have a better idea as to how he'll fit i with what you're trying to do. That's why Scott is a great addition.
