Dolphins secure safeties, Brown, Coles may be next

Opposing receivers might want to keep their heads up and eyes wide open when entering the Dolphins ' secondary this fall because the team's defensive backfield will be patrolled by two head-hunting safeties.

I could wind up eating my words, and would be glad to but I think we overpaid for Wilson. If he really was that great, why would the Raiders have cut him? From what it sounds like, he is very similar to Bell...and i do suppose having 2 Bell's on the field may prove worth while but nearly 30 million and over half that guaranteed? Didn't expect that from the tri-fecta...did you guys?
Now Brown on the other hand would be worth the dough...we need that puzzle piece. I firmly believe that if Chad has more time in the pocket and just one #1 reciever to compliment what we already have that we will see some HUGE numbers. Plus, we would have Ricky and Ronnie running north/south with solid results. That is priority, and forget the L.Coles stuff cause we don't need another over the middle guy...we got like 3 of those! We need to spent a first day pick on a WR as there are a few that may be available. Ideally it would be NT, WR and CB as 1st, 2nd and 3rd picks respectively after resigning Goodman if possible and signing Brown.
Trade Beck for whatever draft pick you can get for him and some free salary cap space and draft a backup QB in later rounds. Lets trim some fat here and get this done!!! GO FINS!!!

I'm willing to bet The Trifecta have nightmares of Wilson making plays against them when they were in Dallas and he was with the Giants. I think they have a pretty good feel on a former divisional rival. Playing in Oakland could destroy anyone's spirit. He wouldn't be the first, won't be the last.

The Raiders cut him because of their salary cap.

I'd rather sign Brown and then get a reciever early 2nd rnd or even 1st rnd depending on who is there. someone that can grow into that #1 WR spot.

You'll never get Brown or Coles (Parcells is too cheap).

Just hope you guys are right. I hate the idea of clogging up an average of about 6 or 7 million a year in cap space on a Y. Bell look alike.

I think we overpaid Bell also. Brown should have been the # 1 priority for sure.

Are Jets fans hating life so much that they actually waste thier time trying to annoy other team's fans? Get a life you loser...You had a freakin' hall of famer at quarterback for a year and were still embarrassed by a young, up and coming team in your own house. Dude!!! FORGET COLES...We have 2 young recievers that have similar talents. Ginn will become a solid #2 reciever...we need one big time reciever,,,and Coles is sooooo NOT that! Wait til you see what Ginn can do with this season under his belt and someone on the other side to take the pressure off him.
