Orton's strength is his accuracy and his ability to give wide receivers a chance to gain yards after the catch, a key component of the West Coast offense. Read more

Orton was in the shotgun the whole time at Purdue and he can throw the ball deep but Bears need to pound the ball to the tight ends. Keep the chains moving.

The 5 ways to succeed as QB for the Bears in the real world.

1) Fumble a snap at least once a game.
2) Trip over your centers foot maybe twice a game.
3) The rare times you do have time in the pocket to scan the field, throw a dump pass.
4) Show how unorganized a screen play can be, and make it for a loss.
5) Under pressure, step right into the defenders arms for an easy sack.

Orton will look ok until he gets smacked good for the first time. Then like in that last preseason game he'll get jittery and throw balls too high. Just like he did in 2005. In that respect he hasn't gotten any better. I was disappointed that after Orton threw that INT vs Cleveland that he went back to old form of high and outside to his receivers *sigh*

I'm taking bets...I think St Clair will give up at least 3 sacks Sunday. Because St Clair shouldn't be playing tackle in the NFL (maybe guard). Only Lovie doesn't know this. But there's lots of things Lovie doesn't know. This particular one is called a relapse of "Adam Archeletta syndrome".

Have you watched him play???
By the way, it would be "he played well...", not "good"... and no, he did not.

how about handing the ball off to Thomas, oh that's right the bear management traded 1500 yards a year rushers for a 40 fumble a year

Bears use your weapons to their fullest. Set up Hester behind a blocking olson. Hit Hester in stride and watch this man fly! Put Urlcher as blocker on special plays.Com eon think outyside of the box. use your players strengths in situational play. You have a fill temao fprofessionals with great talents. Apply the talents and watch the Bears go!

5 ways you can succeed as a journalist

1. Work
2. Really work
3. Tell your boss how ridiculous the ideas in your list are
4. Ask Kyle Orton if he would laugh at such a list
5. Really, really force yourself to work
