"I've never been around anything like that before," added Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner.
What a difference a real QB makes..........

Maybe now that Hester has a real NFL quarterback to throw to him he will put good numbers.Personally I am expecting great things from Hester now that Cutler is here.Dont understand the under-estamation on Hesters receiving skills due to our lack of a good quarterback that can both get the ball down the field or check down if he has to.Neither Orton(although he did a good job last year and showed toughness)or Grossman could do both,or even scramble for that matter.

Yea you guys have a great QB. I use to go to see the Broncos traing camps and sitting where we set you could hear the zip on the ball. And with Hester going deep man the bears could be wicked. I really dont know though if Jays the man, (yet) to bring you back when your behind, thats when he doesnt make smart choices. Iwish you luck Jay in Chicago. Thanks Bears for snagging him up before a team in the AFC did.

Way to put pressure on this guy. Would superbowl win be enough, or shall we demand more? Cure for cancer? World peace?

It's funny how people just want to put a damper on somebody elses high spirits. It seems like it's a calling or a career for them.

First of all, to the poster that tells other posters NOT to post, you must have ONE MISERABLE LIFE if this is the only way you can contribute to a conversation.

As it's been said earlier this week, the pressure is now squarely on the coaching staff. They have an MVP caliber QB that has the receivers foaming at the mouth, and will most likely become better with Cutler. IF the Bears develop sound game plans and play calling, the division should be theirs for the taking.

You DO realize that the Bears were 9-7 last season -- when most "experts" had predicted they would do much worse? That's no guarantee of the same or better record this season. However, most fans would agree the Bears have upgraded in several positions -- but certainly not all. One question is, "Have the Bears' division rivals made equivalent or better upgrades?"

Another consideration is the strength of their schedule. Based on 2008 records, the Bears' 2009 schedule is one of the easiest in the league. Of course, some of those teams may have improved themselves through the draft, free agency, etc. Nevertheless, anything less than 9-7 would be a complete failure. Fans and management are obviously hoping for much better than that. Winning the division at 11-5 is do-able. Let's hope for a deep run in the playoffs, maybe even the Super Bowl. Think big!!!

Don't worry about it. You merely fell off the bandwagon. Get up, have a doc repair your broken legs, and jump back on when it suits you. Thanks for playing.
