If the Bears win it this year(and I dont think they will), it will be as bad as the Ravens winning a few years ago. Great defense and NO offense with a QB that would barely make 2nd string on ANY other football team (college or pro).

Yeah - Rex Grossman has outplayed EVERY other QB in the playoffs so far including Manning, Brady, Brees... etc. He's got more yard per game and a better TD to INT ratio but he's no good - even though he saved the Bears' ass in that playoff game. And the defense has given up over 120 points in the past 5 games.

Yeah that's the same as the Ravens superbowl....

what a dumbass. Keep your mouth shut and give the best team in the NFC the respect they deserve. Nobody else did until they got their ass beat by the Bears, you think people would learn...

Bears will win for a couple reasons. 1. Rex grossman has his confidence up right now and he will not make mistakes at this point. 2. Bears deffense has been making clutch plays when they count the most.

Rex Grossman has never been worth much and this year is no different. If you think the Bears win by anything but "D", YOU are the dumby!

<> WE'LL SEE! I THINK THE BEARS MIGHT BE IN FOR A SHOCK ... THE SAINTS ARE FOR REAL > THE BEST OFFENSE IN THE NFL. THE SAINTS HAVE A LOT OF WEAPONS ON OFFENSE ... I DON'T KNOW IF THE BEARS HAVE ENOUGH DEFENSIVE PLAYERS TO STOP THEM.

WHAT! How can you say that and not put in big bold letters: "I AM A DUMBASS" right after it!?

Rex and the offense won the game. As far as I know - the QB and the FG kicker do NOT play on defense. And last time I checked - the defense had only ONE INT and no defensive TD's - all points came from the offense and the offense kicked the game winning FG. Just as it has the last 4 out of 5 games. Tell me my idiotic friend... how did the Bears "D" win that game?

Haven't you ever heard," Everybody gets lucky once in a while?" Chicago was lucky their opponent wasn't playing like they should have defensively. Point is, Grossman was NEVER good before this year and just because he has had a few good games this year doesn't mean he's a good qb. 4 or 5 games ago he passed for 20 big yards! The good ones dont do that pitiful!

You sir, really are quite oblivious when it comes to the game of football.

Before you post anything else here, I want you to look up a few things. First, the Bears win-loss record. Second, the offensive points total for the Bears, including where they ranked in the NFL. Third, I want you to look up how many defensive scores the Bears have had. Once you find those number, and post them here, I will talk with you about who is and isn't good. Until you actually look those numbers up, and understand what they mean, and POST them here, you will be worthy to talk to. Until that time you have been called out as a moron.

First off Pthren is a frickin moron. Anyone who thinks Rex Grossman doesn't belong as a starter in the NFL doesn't fully grasp the difficulty of throwing the ball 50 odd yards to a receiver running at full speed and probably isn't open at the time of the throw... because Rex Grossman can do that consistently, which not many people can do. Second of all, anyone proclaiming that they are certain who will win is an idiot because anyone who knows anything about football knows that NOBODY knows who will win the game because if they did then "experts" would get their butt fired after being below .500 on the season and Vegas wouldn't be able to afford $2 steak buffets. Third, Robbie Gould for President!!!!!!.... on a more serious note, the bears would do well if they signed some guy whose a beast on kickoffs like that Mitchell guy who I believe kicked off instead of Gould at Penn State. The difference between an offense starting at the 20 compared to the 40 is monumental and decisive. Robbie Gould is a fine kicker, but the Bears would be better served to have a kickoff guy on the roster who could kick it in the end zone even when its frickin freezing rather than some shmoe like Kyle Orton holding a clipboard. Also, the Saints like frickin heroes because they "represent" the city of New Orleans. They're a frickin football team and its not like their players are even from there, its just whose paying them inordinate amounts of money. Do you think Reggie Bush or Drew Brees would "give their soul" to New Orleans if they were paid jack rather than $50 million?........ Ok I heard lives are on sale at Target and I'm gonna get a life. GO BEARS!

The Saints secondary got chewed up by JEFF GARCIA. C'mon people - I mean I know the guy's been doing ok but please.

The Saints defense plays nowhere NEAR the level of their offense. Rex and the O will make short work of the Saints defense.

ON THE OTHER HAND - the Bears D hasn't been so hot lately and Drew Brees is playing AMAZING football.

If the Bears D shows up - the Bears will slaughter the Saints. It's as simple as that. Rex, Jones and the rest of the offense will have a good game - it's up to the defense to show up.

If both sides of the ball for the Bears show up - the Saints can kiss their "Cinderella" season goodbye. Not even Drew Brees can stand with the Bears "D" at it's best.

Bears will win this game no matter what - but it'd be nice for the "D" to show up and kick the Saint's ass all the way back to New Orleans.
