Yeah, well, the fans thought Chris Harris was 'a keeper' too... pretty much everybody did, except Bears management. I hope he recovers quickly from the biceps injury and sticks with the team, but you never know what the Bears' "brain trust" is going to do down the line.

Hmmm, veteran who just signed a big contract gets a helmet to the thigh and has to sit for the rest of the game. Rookie rubs some dirt on his arm, goes back in, and makes the game clinching play. That's an old school Bear!

I like Bowman's Football ethics. If you can walk, shake off the injury, get back in and play, and still make a difference.

He is what epitomizes what a Chicago Bear is and what a Chicago Bear stands for. Now all we need is 39 more players like him and we would have the Chicago Bears Football Team. But we all know that the current Bears management does not know how to find "that type of talent". They only know how to find the 3 to 4 play wonders. After their 3 to 4 plays of glory they either get a career ending injury or just plain flat out stop playing Football.

The "D" has to get off their collective FAT wallets and start playing up to the hype that they have been building for themselves. I think that they stink to the 4th Degree this year. What in the #ell are they doing playing the Cover 2 (Actually it is called the "Can't cover anything, just come beat us 2" Defense late in the game. It seems like they are daring the opponents to mount a come back and take the win away from them.

Babich must suffer from dyslexia or is brain dead. Smith had a CAT Scan and they found air space and saw dust where his brain is supposed to be, they did find something that was not rocks or sawdust but is was a false alarm it was only small pebbles.

Too bad that Jerry Angelo did not have the stones to hire Mike Singletary instead of Ole whistle head Smith for the Bears Head Coaches Job. Singletary belongs here, not on the 49'ers payroll. He might of kept Rivera as the Defensive coordinator instead of Smith's boy toy Babich.
