These Hip Hop people do not know how to behave. They have no respect for themselves or anyone else or anything for that matter, as long as they have fun. As for this Randy Starks, with all of his money driving a vehicle with so many people in it, and with a female sitting on his lap while driving a vehicle that sits only four people, the tag did not belong to his vehicle, and not respecting the police officer, do these THUGS really think that they are above everyone else, I believe so? It is time to stop giving permits or what ever it take to hold such event. These events are nothing but trouble. It is costing the law abiding tax payer thousands of dollars for police protection. Stop this stupidity now, we are tired of it.

You don't hear any business people or government officials protesting about the animals coming out on Memeorial weekend, anymore. If they do, they are branded as racists. The animals don't spend any money in the stores bars and restaurants. They just hang out in the streets. When the police actually start arresting the animals for breaking the law, they are also accused of racism. And how come the Sun took this story off the website yesterday?

I am actually amazed here. If I did not read the outrageous racist statements made here myself, I would never believe it. "Chimpanzees!" "Monkeys!" "animals!" Are you guys serious? Look, I am not going to be hypocritical about the South Beach situation-much of the behavior on South Beach during Memorial Day weekend is at best horrendous. Unfortunately, although the people behaving like barbarians represent only a small minority of the people in attendance, it overshadows the fact that most of the attendees are just young energetic kids trying to have fun! What is appalling is the fact that the police refuse to do real police work, by seeking out the people ACTUALLY "resisting arrest" and engaging in "disorderly conduct" Instead, they just randomly round up seemingly predetermined numbers of the "animals" otherwise known as black people and arrest them and make up charges to match the arrest. They clearly are racists like "Accept Defeat" and "Outrageous" who think that it doesn't matter which black person they arrest on South Beach during Memorial Day Weekend, that person is probably a criminal anyway so it doesn't matter if you have found them to be involved in criminal behavior or not!!

Oh By the Way-as for the comment/implication that South Beach does not make money from the "animals"- I was not aware that the hotels in Miami-Beach, FL (that are incidentally booked solid the entire week Memorial Day Weekend every year) charged lower rates to the "animals." I guess its the new "animal" rate. I will make sure to tell them that I am an animal next time I make a hotel reservation to ensure that I get that lower rate.
