Sounds like the paper work hasn't been turned in yet, so perhaps someone within the Vikings organization will wake up and get rid of the head coach and keep Moss. It is unbelievable that Childress would attempt this move without talking to management first. Childress has lost this team, he needs to go. Ziggy if you see this, I'm just letting you know I will never attend another Vikings game as long as Childress is the head coach. I can't imagine throwing away a third round pick to rent a player for a month. Sounds like you'll be paying his salary while another team (perhaps New England) gets his services. Unbelievable that Childress would do this without talking to you first. PLEASE get rid of him. This is coming from a 50 year old Viking fans who has followed the Vikings since 1969 and who travels to Minnesota twice a year to see a game. No more until we get a new head coach.

Just cancelled my Hotel room for Sundays game. Lets boycott games until Childress is fired. For those of you going to the game, how about starting this chant for those who wont be there. "No more years"!

One Person Fired

The person who should have been fired and should still be fired is Childress, not Moss. I can't believe that Brad thought he could rein Randy's attitude; Randy hasn't changed and will never change. But the fact remains, if you even try to make him happy by throwing some balls his way, he will reward you thousands of times over. Instead, Brad ignored Randy's ways and still traded for him with New England for a third rounder and Randy's salary. So what do we have now???? The Vikes lost a hall of fame receiver (with an attitude like T.O.), his salary and a third round pick next year. This is the biggest bonehead move during the season that the Vikes have ever made, and is right up there next to the Herschal Walker trade - well, maybe not that bad, but bad just the same. Brad just doesn't get it and never will. The Vikes will never win a SB with Brad, and frankly, no other team will either. Childress needs to be the one unemployed this week, not Moss. Moss can be surrounded by individuals who will make his attitude less alarming, but Chilly, he just doesn't get it. I can't wait to hear what Chris Carter has to say about this one. Fire Childress!!

Just the fact that the Patriots were doubling Moss on every play, is a good reason to keep him around. Plus the fact that Harvin may not play this week. Gee I wonder if the Cards will blitz Favre this week? The only team that wouldn't blitz alot would be the Vikings themselves. They don't blitz anybody. last 3 weeks 0 sacks 0 fumbles and 0 wins.

I meant to title this "wrong person fired" but it worked out anyway LOL. I'm with Shoeless above, have been watching the Vikes since Joe Capp; I'm turning them off PERMANENTLY unless Brad is fired.

This happened INSTEAD of a showdown with Favre. He can't fire Favre, but has to do something, and Randy made it easy for him.

Wilf is the owner of the most clownish, embarrassing train wreck in the NFL. He has to have rocks in his head to keep going with Klink. I'm done watching until Wilf grows a brain, sells the team, or fires Klink. What a pair of pathetic idiots.

You're wrong. What we saw Sunday was the best coach in the NFL against the worst.(Yes, Chilly is worse than the guy down in Dallas). Nice challenge Brad! There is not 1 guy on this team that has any respect for this guy. Ziggy needs to wake up and get rid of the problem, and its not Moss!

Please wait...
The Wilf's better step up to the plate and give Childress the boot. The Vikings have become the laughing stock of the league. Favre is through as a NFL QB after a long and outstanding career, but Childress has so little confidence in Jackson he does not have the guts to tell Favre "It's over." "Retire now gracefully so you do not suffer any more hits because your line can't protect you and you are not fast enough to move out of the pocket." Memo to Vikes fans: At least we don't live in Dallas or Buffalo.

What more needs to be said than it took only 3 games for a hall of famer, top 10 of all time receiver to see how PATHETIC,DISORGANIZED,IGNORANT Klink is. He just wanted out. I respect you Randy Moss for speaking the truth, too bad the imbecile owners aren't listening.

i hope that him not 'officially' on the waiver report means that the wilfs got a sniff of this and told chilldog he need to put his whistle down. this is absolutely absurd that chilldog would do this. i, for one, am absolutely ecstatic that randy said the things he did. he was being honest and basically saying what everyone else in the room already knew because he is man enough to come out and tell it like it is. brad childress IS an idiot! he ISN'T respected by his players! he DOESN'T run a good scheme! he DOESN'T make game adjustments. stats? yeah randy only had 13 catches in four games but did anyone notice how open percy has been the last few weeks? oh and two of those 13 catches were for TDs. anyone who believes this is a good move has to ask themselves why bernard berrian is still on the team.'btwice' is getting paid more then moss, has caught exactly 9 catches for a massive 87 yards on season...zero TDs i am a california fan of over 20 years that spends about 1k a year on NFL/vikings related things and i don't know if i can continue to do that unless brad childress is fired.

Wouldn't it be delicious irony if the AZ Cardinals signed Moss off waivers this week, just in time for their date with the Vikings at the Dome, and Moss blew the Vikings away? I wouldn't mind the loss (this season is shot to hell anyway) if it results in Chilly getting the boot. Don't get me wrong. The Vikings are my life and it tears me up to see what's going on with this once-proud franchise. But Chilly simply needs to go. NOW!

Childress has a problem with people speaking their mind. Remember when he waived Marcus Robinson on Christmas eve? Matt Birk could still be here but he spoke his mind also. I didn't think the players respected him much before this move. I doubt they will now. I'd just once like to see Childress admit a mistake, like perhaps not kicking the field goal at the end of the first half yesterday. Moss was right on that. Childress needs to go....Ziggy you are losing the fan base you'll need to get the stadium you want.

Call it like you see it Tom. Right on the money. This team, coaching staff, management and owner look like a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. What a pity party.

Brad Childress' strategy has gone from doing whatever he thinks he needs to win a Super Bowl to whatever he thinks he needs to do to keep his job, kinda sad realy.
