i got a lot of love for you randy, can't wait to watch you in purple on monday night. already got my 84 out and pre-ordered the 50th anniversary edition. i, personally, am honored that you would leave the great pats organization for us...and i really believe, all the chatter and stories aside, that is exactly what YOU made happen.

this is where you were meant to be...as hard as it was to see you leave 5 yrs ago ( it was very hard each time i saw you in the black and silver or red white and blue...it just didn't look right);shyt happens for a reason. VIKES fans have been waiting all of our lives to see this team win, we have also followed you in OAK. and NE. and we have long asked and hoped to see #84 catch passes again...it has come to (pardon the pun) pass. 50th anniversary and the first ring...with the "Freak" bringing it home...now that would be GOLD. at any rate...man it sure is good to have you home...as AC/DC said..."I'M SHAKIN AT THE KNEES"...just do your thing man...GAME ON...GO VIKES!!!

The missing ingredient has been found for this offense. Hell, I even expect Berrian to improve now.

(Well, more like hope)

Watching the Vikes' struggle to this point it was crystal clear they were wanting in the wideout area. Now with Moss in there, I expect the other guys to relax and play loose- watch now as Harvin gets some big plays- Shainco too-

Hopefully Berrian also!

...agreed...this adds a whole new dimension to the game.as he said...even having lost a step...he is still greased lightning compared to many other wrs. Camarillo should also benefit from this...if we can get him going underneath, like the Pats did with Welker...there is no limit to what the O can accomplish. lastly, watching the presser yesterday...it really p'd me off when some reporter wanted to focus on pst incidents...geez...ZYGI just brought back one of the most loved and dynamic players in Vikes history, and they can only come up with this?...GO VIKES!!!

Camarillo- that's a good point! Add in AP to the mix, and suddenly there you have a VERY effective offense!

I was quite angry when Red traded Moss to Oakland. I just knew that for some of the things that went on during 98 to 05 had gotten it out of his system. And from then on, he really wouldn't be a problem. We missed out on him having an NFL record year in 07. Just think about it if TJack had been able to throw to him. He just makes everyone else around him that much better. I am hoping that the Wilf's are prepared for him to retire a Viking. Get them monday night Randy. We owe them a beat down. They really don't think anything of us. We can make a statement to the naysayers out there.

It will be interesting to see how bad they really want to keep him at the end of the season. Hopefully they are not just using him to try to get to a Super bowl and then gonna dump him at the end of the season. Not saying that it will happen but it could.
Would love to buy a new Moss jersey but will he be back next year? That is the big question.

...i hope he does...it may come down to BF telling him to leave it alone and let him call the plays. that's the thing, i blieve that a lot of fan's dislike about KLINK...i give him credit in that he can see some good players that would fit, and is willing to try and get them. however, he doesn't see the forest for the trees sometimes...in other words..when things aren't running smoothly, rather than ask for input as to what can be done, he tends to be too conservative in his approach...at least IMO...at any rate...i can't wait for MNF ( MOSS NIGHT FOOTBALL)...GO VIKES!!!

...that's interesting...as much as i have crapped on TJ...having #84 might have helped his game a bit...but we can't knock having BF...i don't care how old he is...this guy is as much of a QB freak as Moss is as a WR. as for the last part of your post...the Yets aren't the only ones to dislike us...i am so tired of all the analysts picking the Pukers and Cowgirls as their favourites...even last season with the run we had...still some negativity there...well to hell with all of them...it will make the wins that much sweeter...GO VIKES!!1

Randy made Culpepper look awesome by hauling in a lot of balls that other receivers never would've had a chance at. He'd probably make even TJack look good by doing the same.

How about if you nancy boy reporters stop living in your artificial past? Still carrying grudges because Moss doesn't suck up to you and never will.

I, for one, am proud of Moss. I think he has matured and is starting to show signs he is a man and not a boy. I think the primary issue that can cause him to "misbehave" is when he feels unwanted and unappreciated. The Vikings will have to stroke his ego to make this work, but if they can do that, I think he will deliver.

The thing that I think is being somewhat overlooked when comparing Moss to the other "diva" receivers is that he is humble enough(I know that sounds odd, but just wait) to appreciate the Vikings to this day for the opportunity to be a professional. It's something he brings up on a regular basis, and that says something about his character. He made mistakes, we all do, but he has endeared himself to most MN fans because of that appreciation. Oh and that freakish ability to catch balls that you thought for sure were going to hit the ground. Welcome back Moss! I for one would be glad to see you play here until retirement.
