The NFL has a long history and the Steelers have been good a lot longer than the Pats. But, right now, I think the Patriots are the class of the NFL. Rooney in Pittsburgh is right there with us.

But who can forget the 1942 Redskins exacting revenge against the undefeated Bears beating them 17 -13 after a humiliating defeat the previous year at the hands of those same Bears? And what about the Browns of the 1950s and the 60s Packers?

But I suppose most historians will point the Rams pre-season victory against New England as the benchmark game in the 90 year history of football and the Rams (St Louis, not LA) as the greatest dynasty.

Halas, Lombardi, Rooney, and chip.

And what about the 1892 Allegheny Athletic Association against the Pittsburgh Athletic Club? There were no nachos served at that game.

It's such a disappointment for this long-time fan to see how low this team has sunk. Surely I thought, they'll get up for this game...I thought I'd see dolphins flying around, playing with nothing to lose.

Man, this is the pros! These are suppose to be professional football players! Parcells has his hands full. I can't take another year like this.
