The only ones trying to make it bigger than it is are other teams, coaches and fans that have been handed their arses to them by the Pats over and over again. I played football, I currently coach football... Sign stealing is old news and using video to do it is illegal in the NFL... That tape would have been used as a tool for game #2 of the season. They would have reviewed and tried to figure out from the 3 callers which signals are the right ones. Looking at video of it is better than reading notes or looking at still pictures WHICH IS LEGAL.

Well you know they're out in force when the conspiracy theorists start lining up.

Now the NFL apparently destroyed the additional informatin they requested "too soon," obviously to cover up cheating during the Pats' previous wins, to include Superbowls.

What's funny is noone has been able to post the actual rule that Belichick apparently violated in the first place verbatim. We're all forced to accept the NFL's word that this rule was clearly violated and there was no room for misinterpretation.

So the same haters that were all too eager to accept the NFL's word then refuse to accept the NFL's word now that there isn't any additional incriminating evidence regarding past wins.

Can't have it both ways. Unless you just simply hate the Patriots.

Its quite obvious as well that the Patriots are a complete dominating team this year, even more so in their Super-bowl years... That said, you know everyone is going to be watching them closely. I personally think BB was trying to get back at Mangina for him breaking the "coaches code" That you dont bite the hand that feeds so quickly. He wanted to rub his nose in it harder than anything before...

Rumors about them taping Green-Bay is BS since they only played them once. Steelers fans always yell about how they have been done wrong and If I was a Jets or Dolphins fan, I would try to blow this way out of proportion as well, I mean, I wouldn't want to admit my team sucks as bad as that...

Raid, as a Phins fan I can admit my team sucks. And I can put this so called cheating scandal behind me! BB got caught, was punished, it's all over, forget about it! Why keep arguing over something so stupid? And as long as the Patriots have got the talent and coaching that they have, whose gonna beat them?

I guess I have to empathize as well, having been at the bottom before. I imagine it's frustrating waiting all off-season only to find that the team you hate is dominant YET AGAIN. Then the next thing you know 3 games into the season your team is virtually eliminated from the playoffs. But that's no excuse to blindly ride a media frenzy, I mean at some point you have to swallow your pride, take it like a man, and quit bellyaching on internet message boards watching your credibility plummet.

Hey Fish... This is all new for us Pat fans up here, we toiled for years in the basement. Every year, losing again...

We spent year after year where your Dolphins are now. Things always turn around. They are all pro teams, the margins of skill are small between them. One let down by any team and any lesser team can beat them, we see it every year.

Hmmm. Lets think about that hypocrite. Remember the Pats had Jets personnel removed for video taping coaching calls FIRST. How the hell did everyone forget this. Point is, all teams were doing this and it was a bitter battle between two coaches. The biggest weenie squealed first and acted like it was all New England. Don't be ignorant.
