Agree with CFD, where was Harrison in this report. That's why I read this, to find out.

WE need these guys back. On November 11 all Indianapolis pro teams were a combined 10-0, since then 0-8. I don't expect the Pacers to start winning again soon so it's time for the Colts to step up and get it going again.

i'm a colts fan .
i'm starting to believe that it is not gonna be a great season for them due to the injuries and too many starters replacment . you can see it spaically on the O and D lines preformance .
I hope they shake all the problems and move on .

At least with Dallas Clark back we will have help for Addai. He can catch the ball and hang onto it.
Where is Standeford that he was not called back. Are they afraid he will show up Moorehead? I don't even remember this other guy from preseason.

No one knows anything about Marvin. The Colts don't even know. He doesn't tell anyone.

Harrison......Is likely out for the season. The Colts do not want to report this because they still want us to have hope for the season and it's only 95 % sure he's done, but 95 % looks like he's done to me. I know a lady where Harrison went to have his leg checked for MRI. The rookie better get back quickly.

Good points on Marvin. I become less and less a fan of his each day. Does not talk to anyone. Does not attend road games when hurt. Come on be there for your team. Sit in the press box or something. Would Payton stay at home?

According to my news sources Marvin "is very doubtful for week 11 versus the chiefs. He didnt practice all week and is officially listed as questionable". "The Colts plan on starting Craphonso Thorpe opposite Patrick Surtain with Harrison and Gonzalez out and Morehead at less than 100%."

That is from a friend who works at ESPN. That is apparently ESPN's official take on what will happen.

Marvin has a bursa sack injury under his knee cap. Its not something that goes away quickly and it could end his career if he re-injures it. The staff knows that and they are playing this safe for the long-term. I dont blame them. We should have beaten New England without him, we should have beaten San Diego without him. We will crush every remaining team on our schedule without him. I have a very good feeling they are going to save him for the playoffs. Especially now with Freeney out for the year. We are going to have to outscore NE in the AFC Championship game and we wont be able to do that without Marvin. That is the only game that matters right now and rightfully so.

If Harrison were out for the season they would have put him on IR already. NFL teams dont mess around with season ending injuries. If he was done they would have put him on IR to free up a roster spot and get an extra body in here. The fact that they havent yet done that, coupled with how badly they could use that extra body, makes you think that the Colts believe he will come back sometime this year.

The fact is they dont need him until the playoffs and that is when you will most likely see him back. The Colts will have that extra bye week for getting the 2 seed and so Marvin will have 2 weeks to get back into game shape and get his timing back.

We are going to go 14-2 with all the injuries we have sustained. That is an incredible year. The Colts are only rivaled by one team in the NFL. We will need all of our guys to get that win in January.

Oh please. No one wants to play more than Marvin Harrison. He was medically cleared to play, and the coaches are holding him out. Why should he go to road games - a long airplane ride when he could be working on his knee and rehabbing? Several players stayed in Indy last week, are they all lazy with no team spirit? Did you ever think there's a REASON they don't go and sit on the sidelnes to a road game? The team doesn't need them for moral support.

I can't believe some of you people - I heard from my cousin's sister's husband that his MRI showed something wrong - if that's the case, someone needs to be SUED under HIIPA laws.

After all Marvin Harrison has done for this team, never complaining, always doing his best - why in the hell would he become a slacker right now?

Some of you "fans" make me tired.

Man do I sympathize with you guys. I would swear that if I didn't know this was the Indy Star '07, I would think I was listening to fellow Pats fans during the '06 season. We got decimated last year (and the year before)and it stinks - it's kinda wierd how these injuries start to pile up on any given team, but especially defending champs. But with a coach like Dungy and with the talent he has, this team will find a way to win and be right in the thick of things during the playoffs. And believe it or not, that is what most of us Patriot fans are hoping for. The best always want to play the best, and I would be willing to bet that most of you feel the same way about us.

We have a great rivalry going that other teams can only dream about. It will be fun 20 years from now remembering the great rivalry between the Colts and Patriots, between Manning and Brady, etc. Hey, wouldn't this be something: Manning, Brady, & Manning & Vinatieri going into the Hall of Fame together! Is that possible?

We'll see you guys in Foxboro, and it will be anyone's game.

Is this a career ending injury or not? It's peculiar that Coach Dungy didn't mention his name. We miss you Marvin!! Get well soon!

PS Do you suppose he reads this?

Oops, I guess my respect for Manning is showing as I typed his name twice in the previous post. Perhaps he's so good he deserves to be inducted twice!
