Ex-New York Giant Plaxico Burress gets two-year prison term

Former Super Bowl hero Plaxico Burress apologized to his family and tearfully kissed his pregnant wife and young son goodbye Tuesday before he was led away to prison to begin serving a two-year sentence on a weapons charge.

I am thinking the same thing..how can that be?..they both have money so that can't be it , that was my first thought,a good lawyer...I still can't belive how easy Stallworth got off...I do know that he paid off the family of the man he killed with a ton of dough but he should still be in prison for many years......In the end, they are all thugs, slugs, gangstas and just ol' plain POS and poor excuses for human beings and they should all be put away.....These athletes are so coddled their entire adult lives with free rides to the nation's best schools, given money, drugs,women,(or men) whatever they choose and then they go and pee it all away ...all the while the rest of us have to get up every day at daybreak, grab our lunch pal and head out to the daily grind of Reality , USA..I have no sympathy but do scratch my head at how some of this can actually be real..W T F....OK, I feel better now, thanks for letting me rant.........GO TWINS>>>>>>
