Watching Cam Newton on Thursday made me think about the Super Bowl. Although he and Aaron Rodgers are completely different players, it'll be fascinating to see whether the team that takes Newton on draft day will ask him to be patient, as the Green Bay Packers did with Rodgers.

Hey erie! Kevin Kolb may just be available now that Mike Vike gets tagged and as long as you have a healthy Sidney Rice, throw in Shenkoe and a healthy AP and you go something there in the twin Cities.Up grade a olineman or so and you have the defense for the most part, just tweak it abit and your back in business

The lack of a CBA and the uncertainty of a season next year may cause teams to be relucant to pull off trades now. Look for the Vikings to address the QB position through the draft.

Thing is eric I don't know if Philly will let him go. Could be the same scenario that the Charger's did with V Jackson..........kock blocked him.

It is a tough spot Erie,IF Philly was trade him,id look into it very seriously and see.Id also look into the kid in Cinny. He is selling his house in Cin.he may retire if hes not traded, but, Cin owner wont trade him,its either sit or retire, but, with a very good qb,it would be a shame if Cinn.just let him retire without getting a high pick for him.
