The fins should sidestep Porter and he should probably hang it up. The fins would be better served to draft Brandon Graham, DE, out of Michigan. He is much faster than an older Porter and is almost unblockable.......Joey is all talk, at this stage of his career.....

They would want him to lose weight, maybe to 340 or 350, but thats still a huge nose tackle. I also believe he'll be available in the late first round, so Miami could trade down and still get him.

And I would love to see Miami draft taylor mays and move him to LB. And with his senior bowl performance his stock is dropping. I don't think you'll see Miami draft a DE, like brandon graham, unless its to move him to ILB.

Go Blue wrote: Tom, they really need a bigtime reciever... Oh you are right about that. I am hoping Dez Bryant falls to Miami at the 12th pick, but most mocks have him going to the broncos at 11. Other than that, Arrelious Benn of illinois looks good in the second round. Some scouts have him as having poor hands, but the QB's at illinois are not that great and he made 54 catches in 08. Knowing parcells drafting WR's late, Riley cooper and marcus easley could be options. Yes, Cooper had problems with the jam at the senior bowl, but that, I believe, can be taught. And both are big and fast.

I love the rangy guy coming out of Cinncinnatti, should be some decent free agents available too. What do you think the chances of a strike are? Senior bowl had a 6'8" tight end that looked like a decent gamble, especially since Henne was good with the tight ends at Michigan.....

Hmmmm. You have to be talking about te jimmy graham out of Miami. He's 6'6". I though I read something Miami was interested in graham. Cincinati? I didn't see a WR or TE coming out of there.

No, i think the 6'8" guy might be from Army. Wish i could remember the Cinncinnatti guy, he was #5 reciever on NFL channel's draftguy's board. It was smart to have fins coaches work senior bowl, real chance to see alot of guys up close.....

But if he's fast, he'd make a good slot reciever. I don't think he's a #1 wr. There was no tight end listed from Army on either the north or south squads. The south squads, which were coached by Miami, had colin peek of alabama and graham of Miami as TE's. I think Miami will sign a bunch of free agent WR's this year. Hopefully, one will stand out.

Tom, i am sorry, but it was the allstar(possibly shrine) type game before the senior bowl...in fact they talked about how many might have felt snubbed because the tall guy got invited ahead of more worthy guys.....on another note, have you seen the DT Suh, out of Nebraska...he is incredible...

Ah, no matter. I will check out the shrine bowl roster. I' ve heard suh is impressive, but no chance Miami will him as he'll be a top 5 draft pick.

He is incredible and will start immediatly, the Rams will be nuts if they pass on him.....hope somewhere in the draft, the fins get another running back, as Ricky is starting to slow down a bit.....Superbowl was a great game, eh? Glad the Saints won, for all the people that survived Katrina......
