Talent is the problem,not coaching.
If the strike ,lockout is averted.
Give Heckert,Holmgren and Mangini another draft like the last one and we're on our way.
Sign the good players we now have to extended contracts,sign a few free agents and finally with some talent we "ARE" a playoff team .

Totally agree with harry this team is much improved from last year. It is because of coaching. If mangini gets fired this team will suffer a set back.
