I would say general manager Rick Spielman is afraid to take a chance to sign a big name player & then have that player not proform. Take a players name you never heard of & This player is not proforming for his team Who Cares No one expected him to do anything anyway Right But have a big named player signing & everyone expects that player to proform & if he doesnt Then someone has got to answer for it & take the blame. If the Vikings have a 5 - 11 season with no big name players Sure Spielman will take some Heat But he wouldnt lose his Job Like he would if he went out & signed Two or Three big name players in Free Agency. Myself I say where would man be today without taking some chances.

Rick Spielman is controling how long he keeps his job bottom line. He signed no big named player to help the team this year. The Draft will fill the Vikings needs with Rookies that May or May Not Pan out. But in doing this Spielman is in control of his future with the Vikings as GM at least for the next three years I would say Yes Rick Spielman is smart for his self. So the team has a Bad season this year There Young learning Next season He will Say we will bring in a few big name players that will move the team to the next level. The Team has a few more Wins with the big name players that season & Spielman then gets to into his third year as GM. I say Sounds like a plan to me

Frazier really has no weapons. He's kind of set up here.

So..........who do you fire in January 2013? Does Little Dick Spielman fire Frazier? Does Zigi fire everyone?

I think its Frazier being the head coach its up to him to make his players proform. I think its going to come down to how bad of a season the Vikings have. If they can end up at .500 then Frazier I think keeps his job. MY questions are How do you think Spielman is doing so far & are you happy that not one big name player has been signed & Do you think Jenkins is a starting receiver or should the Vikings gone out & signed someone for the outside WR spot
