Ginn is fast before his leg was hurt last season Ginn was a top return man but he hasnt been much of a WR in the NFL. But he has got to be better then what the Vikes have now im sure.

Percy Harvin is a return man on the Vikings. Harvin is better.

Ginn would be good because The Vikes really dont like risking Harven on returns That why they put Booker in on kickoffs & Now he is gone Ginn has the speed 4.38 40 yard dash Ginn would be a a good second WR & kick return man He is better then what the Vikings have now

I agree with PF.He would be a good signing. Some serious speed will help, and like mentioned he can return kicks.IF Harvin gets hurt, you got your backup ready and he and Harvin make a pair of quick WR.

Ginn is great...that's why, he is looking for his third team, because the other teams could'nt do without him.....

Anyway you look at it The Vikings management always likes to pick a leftover free agent WR at a cut price. There Never Willing to put there money where there mouth is & Sign a big name receiver. Management wants someone that is a playmaker that is young & will be with the team long term But there Not willing to give a big money contract to get the playmaker to sign with the Vikes. It Looking more & more like Jenkins as one of the starting WR in 2012

We have to start somewhere, it might as well be with Ginn.

We have "NO" (excluding Harvin) receivers on this team, so where gonna have to get some sometime and from somewhere. They all can't be Blackmon.

The Vikings are definately making moves in the 2nd tier of free-agency. This means that they will likely bring in one of two WRs in the draft. Could also look to UDRFAs as potential players.

At least they are doing "something" and that is good.

Ted Gin, 4.3 40 with has on stone. Remember TROY WILLIAMSON?

Purple, I don't think so but he is the best we can do.

He may be a Troy but I think not. You have to catch first before you return punts. We do have room and a need on the roster, so sign him. Almost bet we don't....makes too much sense. SAY...wasn't he a 1st rd pick? Damn, another 1st rd WR.....let's see, Williamson, Jenkins, now Ginn, all 1st rd, none panned out...let's draft another. NOT.

Ginn's an elite PR/KR & has the burner speed for some plays once in a while. I didn't say he's a #1 or #2 wr, just that it would be a good bargain-hunter signing.

Yeah, that's why Miami and San Francisco cut him loose.....cause he's elite....LOL....

Ginn's fast but not "quick"--he's all straight line speed, and lacks shiftiness/elusiveness. He has hands of stone. He runs out of bounds a few yards early to avoid contact. His lack of hands hurt is ability to be a deep threat. He's a special teamer or a #3 WR.

B Marsh will enjoy running through the porous GB secondary so much so that "SPARKLES" will make a cameo appearance

yep. Which the vikes need. We have Harvin & nothing much. Getting Harvin some rest from KR is good, getting a great PR is good & having a burner a team has to cover occasionally is good. Obviously, Ginn isn't a great WR or he wouldn't be off to his third team.
