Sign jennings to start. Then pick up at least one receiver in the first round of the draft.

There is a first-round tender on Victor Cruz so he is out. Danario Alexander injury history so he is out.Danny Amendola they say he is brittle so he is out. Brian Hartline who is this guy lol anyway he's too inconsistent. so he is out. Julian Edelman always has some kind of injury so he is out. Titus Young a good player but Who wants a guy that sabotaged a game against the Packers by intentionally lining up in the wrong spots. so he is out. Darrius Heyward-Bey has terrible hands and run awful routes The vikes dont have time or the coaching staff to fix the problem. so he is out. Michael Spurlock the guy is 30 & is used more in KR so he is out. Emmanuel Sanders not a bad receiver but he is RFA so the steelers has some kind of tender, so he is out. Laurent Robinson injury history so he is out. Ted Ginn The 49ers used him more for punt returns. & he isn't a number one wideout or a second so he is out. Joshua Cribbs like Ginn Cribbs isn't a first or second wideout & is used more as a kick return man. so he is out. David Nelson like the others a kick return man. so he is out. From what I see other then Jennings that wants way to much money over 10 million from what I hear . maybe if jennings was willing to take less the vikes would sign him but if not he is out. I dont see a wideout that is worth risking a contract on. I would hold off & take my chances in the draft.

Cordarrelle Patterson and Tavon Austin in the first round would make our offense dynamic if Ponder steps up.

I do think them two would be be special ideal I would say But they could pick one of the two & then go after a DT or MLB with the seahawks pick. & use there second round on a CB to replace winfield.

Patterson will be off board long before vikes pick and so might Austin. Sign a proven reciever Cruz and give up the first or inquire the giants about a trade for a lower pick. Jennings is a buster. Injury prone in a system with a qb that makes every reciever look good

Yes I do think Patterson will be gone also But to give up a first round pick for Cruz & sign him for what he is asking,I dont know about that. Even if the vikes did give Cruz what he is asking for The Giants have 7 days to counter that offer so it might be more then the Vikes are willing to do. to have a lot of their Cap money held up for 7 days. anyway I cant see the vikes making the same deal that seahawks did for harvin. a new contract & first round pick.
