Judge it!
the QB is your leader - he is suppose to come to camp ready to play - no excuses. You have to wonder just how serious he is about leading his football team when duirng the off season he is the party boy 3000 miles away.
And, I want to see a professional leading my team - football is a huge business JP and you are not far removed from the CEO - get a haircut and lead !!

His back feeling limber, quarterback J.P. Losman practiced for the first time Friday, a day after the Buffalo Bills opened training camp.
