Trent Green likes what he sees from Miami Dolphins rookie John ...

It was surprising to see T.G. at Dolphins rookie camp Tuesday. No, not unsigned rookie returner/receiver Ted Ginn, but rather 14-year veteran quarterback Trent Green. Full Story

aawwww, Poor Waynie Boy didn't get his way with his big talk about threatening rookies who don't sign soon enough to suit this bag of wind and bullshit. Biggest crook in town and all legal. Beat that! Like Lex Luther in the Superman comics. Even has the bald head and arrogant tone.

If Trent plays like he did the last few years, I dont see Beck playing at all, unless we run up the score on someone (Cleveland, Buffalo, Houston), then Beck can see some garbage time.

Wait wait, these are the Dolphins we are talking about. Run up the score? Man, I must be really drunk. Oh well...

Actually, Trent hasn't played that well recently. Last year, he had a QB rating in the lower 70s and threw up a 100 yard dud with a couple of picks in his lone playoff game.

I get the feeling Beck could turn out to be very good. I hope he progresses quickly.

Maybe Beck wil work out , lets hope so. If he doesn't, maybe we can pick up Michael Vick at the end of his prison term.

I am afraid Trent Green will get injured. All it takes is one nasty hit and he's out. Here's hoping John Beck is the real deal. We havn't had a good qb since dan marino.

Maybe its not such a good idea to breath Marino .. If you look back when Marino came on board other than their last time in the Super Bowl in I think it was 82 when he sailed in on the old team.. and was crushed .. The team has gone flat barely making even up or plus 2 for the season ..with a couple shots at the playoffs and getting exterminated .. Thats been 25 years ..! Theres been too many coachs and players to point a finger .. but theres sure a dark cloud over the Dolphins .. And there dosen't look like anything positive in the near future for them

Marino was a good qb. The fact that he never won a super bowl is because miami could never get enough talented people around him. and this year is a rebuilding year for miami. Yes, Miami has had some bad times in the playoffs, but, Randy Mueller is a good judge of talent. Cameron was a good offensive coordinator in san diego, and dom capers is a real good defensive coach. I hope we can keep all of them.

After about six games going into this season. The prime time focus and discussion on this teams improvement will not be at the flashy positions.
The success will be a direct result of three out of the five Big Mean Pineapple eating Samoans making the starting lineup.

Uhh what's Green gonna say to the media, "I hate that little prick Beck he throws like a South Beach fairy"? Take his "opinion" with a grain of salt. Only time will tell about Beck.

Maybe you shouldn't breathe. How would you like to be a jets fan? The only sniff of the SB they've had since 1969 is the brought to YOU by your AFC East rivals!

Right, because Trent Green is going to come out and say Beck stinks? Of course he is going to take the political route.

I agree Marino never had a running game,as far as rebuilding haven't we been doing that for the past 5 years? Will Green take us there hope so but dought it.If Beck keeps impressing why not give him a shot.

The most important thing is the interaction between Green and Beck. Green has to be a mentor to him and help him understand what the defense is showing. Something #8 probably wouldn't know how to do or want to do.
