soliai needs to prove himself this year, otherwise he won't be there much longer.

Miami did sign louis ellis, but cut him during the first series of waivers. I wonder if Miami will sign a free agent nt to the practice squad as 3 - 4 nose tackles are worth their weight in
gold.

Hopefully soliai can take some more snaps and take some of the load off of ferguson. I am not sure how much longer ferguson will play. He may retire next year, in which case Miami needs a young nt to groom this year, and draft one next year.

Just read Joey Haynos is going to take the 2nd TE position and apparently his blocking is much better than Martins. I look forward to seeing his
6'8" frame downfield. And read a couple of articles that stated Miami put david martin on IR.

yeah i heard that too tom, i think that's probably because they couldnt reach a settlement with him! i dont think the trio want's anything to do with chronically injured player's! martin has probably seen his last days as a phin.

I know that Paul Soliai, eats a lot of healthy food, he does not eat a lot of chicken, He eats a lot of seafood, I think its his natural build, he has big bones, can you imagine, hes like I heard hes from a big family and hes from a well known family in American Samoa. Hes also a newphew of a mayor in Honolulu now. I know he is trying to keep his weight down, and he can do it.....ask his mom, because she is the only one that knows her son better than any of us....Go Dolphins.......
