D'Brickashaw Ferguson should have been benched for ineffective pass blocking last year. He was like a turnstile in the Bills game at Meadowlands - I think he gave up three sacks in that game alone. Mangini didn't want to admit that it was a mistake to trade up in the first round to draft him, so he let him stay in there to save face, at the cost of hurting the team. Any other OL on the team who played like that would have been benched, if not cut outright.
