Could you say any more buzzwords? The only "signature" "clear statement" is that the Pats are a better team than the Jets..

yeah Jim agree 100% about the immortal Reginald Martinez Jackson. Real arrogante, just not a friendly guy. Mick the Quick Rivers said it best. Your first name belongs to a black, middle belongs to a Latin, & last name belongs to a Caucasian. No wonder you;re screwed up. Ronnie Santo, heck of a player who sadly never made postseason. Best remembered for clicking his heels during a MEts Cubs series which was the wrong thing to do. What do you think happened next? When they Met at Shea on 9-8-69, Hands vs Koozy, Hands decked Tommie Agee then later Koozy hit Santo in the wrist with a pitch. That pretty much set the tone for the rest of 1969 which by the way next year the 40th anniversary of that Miracle Team along with the grand opening of Citifield. Hope they'll be lots of events to remember that club. Be well.
I think Santo clicked his heels after every Cubs win but I don't know that for sure. Sadly, he doesn't look good. He lost his legs to diabetes a few years back but he's a real gentleman. I never liked Jackson. He wasn't a true Yankee and he created problems in the clubhouse immediately upon arriving in NY. Munson hated him and Nettles kicked his a/s/s/ at a celebration dinner. Nettles hit him with so many rights, he was praying for a left!
The '69 Mets were an exciting team and a good thing for NY. The Mets don't typically bring back their former players but it would be a shame not to have them return for a celebration at the new park.

Good Paul, real good! How about with you?
I've been dealing with that moron KAT on one of the other stories. He's a real jerk-in fact I just told him to go play with someone else because he just has zero knowledge of the game and says the most ridiculous things that it's a waste of time talking with him. Then he wants to sling insults. I'm enjoying life far too much to deal with such nonsense. He should shut up and become a student of the game for 6 months or so. Then he might be able to contribute something that makes sense instead of making stupid predictions and all that bs. His latest prediction is the Yanks will finish last in '09. If he were to put his money where his mouth is he'd be living in a cardboard box on some street corner.
Be well buddy!
