I can't believe this happened. I remember in 2005 we were so close getting a new stadium. Now we have less then what we started with.
It bothers me that not one politician, beat writer will complain about this.
I know its nothing like the Dodgers and Giants leaving but it hurts me very much to witness and watch this unfold.
do you need a kleenex?

I'm a Jets fan who lives in Dolphin land. The Dolphins never play in Miami. They practice in Davie, FL. which is a lot closer to FT Lauderdale. During the season they play at Dolphin Stadium which is near the Broward and Dade county boarder. Which is really not Miami. Miami is at least 20 min more south. I know the situation sucks, but I'm glad that their still called the NY Jets. To all the new Bills fans. hate to break the news, but they might move to Toronto.

I am not a new Bills fan. I have been once since the Jets moved. Don't really care about Florida and their fair weather transplanted fans but at least the Dolphins play in the same state as Miami. Jets and Giants all that tax money from tickets, food etc goes to New Jersey. If the Bills move to Toronto the solution is simple watch the game to enjoy the sport but root for nobody or if that is to weird for you find something else to do on a beautiful fall Sunday Afternoon.

While I'm also sad to see the Jets leave Hofstra, my personal opinion is that this new facility will help them compete not only in games, but in drawing talented players to the Green and White. Players like the facility, they play better and/or want to come here = we win more games.
Regarding the stadium, that's the fault of the people of NYC for allowing Dolan to run the city.
There is no "WE" here. You are not part of the business enterprise that calls itself the Jets. Your just a paying customer.
