They will likely stay "perfectly awful", even though the Vikings are the Lions best chance at winning a game through the rest of the season.

Great article on the Vikings getting prepared to face Lions(quostes from Adrian Peterson)

The problem is, with everyone telling Ford that he has to clean house, he is going to come back with his usual "You can't tell me what to do!", and will retain everybody. Until the league finally figures out that he is senile, and takes over the day to day of the team, we will continue to see this level of poor play and direction continue.

I don't mind rooting for a bad team. In fact, sometimes it's more fun to be the perennial underdog. Lord knows, I was a Red Wings fan through some terrible years! But this Lions team shows no heart, no character, nothing to give you a reason to root for them.
When they start going for it on fourth and long I'll root for them. Until then, I don't want to see one Lion celebrating and puffing their chest out because they made one tackle out of twelve.
I'm just happy they dumped "Mr. First-Down-Pointer"!!
