Full story: Chicago Tribune

With trainer Tim Bream by his side, Devin Hester slowly walked through the Bears' locker room trying not to reveal his pain.

It really sucks that Hester is hurt. Hopefully he will be back soon.
Although, I don't doubt our other recievers. They are on our team for a reason. We have faith in you!

Ron Turner hasnt even been using Hester.I think he only has 2-3 passes even thrown his way this year.I pray for Hester & hope he will be fine.So far Ron Turner is still being the same.Conservative, dink & dunk & predictable. He continues to go away from the run late in games, when we have been running good all game?? He will also run the wrong player on 3rd & short. He doesnt seem to adjust when the Defense does.He has to stop hoping & relying on our Defense to win games. We have got to start throwing more down field! Orton can do it,turner has to finally open the play book & let him do it.His throws were probably off cause he is rusty.Because Turner never calls plays down field to give him some reps at it.The Game is over, time to move on.We are a good team, hardly time to Panic!! we almost beat 2 really good teams on the road. Our problems are fixable! I will always support & believe in my bears! take Care Everyone. God Bless! BEAR DOWN!! GO BEARS!!!

The 2008 Chicago Bears are a disorganized bunch of great guys. The problem is clearly that "what the fun kind of name is..." lovie ...smith can NOT put together an intelligent coaching staff that knows how to get the most out of his players.

Smith is a brainless "lump" and doesnt have the smarts to "win it all". Time to start thinking about a NEW coach and staff. Follow Missouri and Coach Pinkle and his staff. He has a winning track record at EVERY school that he's coached and by BIG margins. They score runs....and they shut the opponents down!

Mizzou will end up #1 for the year!

No more lovie smith!

actually it was a called run that Orten checked off to a pass. Did I strongly disagree with the 4 and 1 call YESSSS. We to the well to many times on that one. Would rather use short yardage as opportunity at the time to throw for big chunk with the way defense was playing we would still struggle moving the ball if we got a 1st down. But if we don't convert running Turner will get criticized for conservative play calling if he calls pass he'll get the we are a running team. Simple truth Panthers deserve credit + too many penalties on offense turnovers plus missed shot with booker WE can still beat anybody but WE ARE NOT TALENTED ENOUGH TO OVERCOME THAT.

AND about TURNER I didn't agree with some of decisions on this one BUT it is easy for us to complain about him not opening up the offense. I.E.- To do this stuff that fans want offensive coordinators on every other team A DOMINATE PASS PROTECTING LINE OR AT LEAST A VERY GOOD ONE. Mike Martz is the dream coordinator for football fans. Their qb got sacked 9 times, god know how many times hit and their line pass protects above average. NOW PEOPLE WHAT IN THE WORLD MAKES U THINK WE CAN KEEP ORTON ALIVE AGAINST PEPPERS AND COMPANY ....THINK ABOUT!!!!!!!!!
