I would like to first say that the silver rush is going to need one more good d-lineman. Suh, fairley, and vanden bosch is great on paper, but we run a front 4 and all i can see here is 3. we still have a huge hole behind them, I dont see any of our lbs doing very much and behind them all we have is houston and delmas, so we need to do big things in free agency like getting that cb from okland and a lb and a defensive end that can compement our front 3 that we have at this moment

Avril have 7 sacks, and i think thats a god year, yea i agree we need a linebacker and i do think we a corner CB but not asomougha. reason being it would cost entirely too much $. we can get two very good players for his price tag.

I don't know how you could miss Cliff Avril. He had the best season out of any of the defense linemen besides suh and he should only be better with fairley to take some pressure off this year. You also didn't mention DeAndre Levy at MLB who is also really young and has lots of room for improvement especially if the lions pick up a decent linebacker from free agency. Cornerback and linebacker are definitely the biggest holes but not by much there are lots of young up and coming players already on the lions roster that could fill them.
