The lowly Bears handled the blustery cold much better than the NFC North-champion Packers at Soldier Field on Sunday, and Brett Favre says he and his teammates can't just brush off the 35-7 loss simply because ...

The Packers are pansies and are born losers. The only chance they had to win would have been if they could have gotten Ron Paul to play for them. Since he is busy working to restore our Republic the Packers are just out of luck. Go Bears, Go Ron Paul!

Cleaner44,

What are you doing cheerleading for Ron Paul...didn't your state elect Obama to congress? Ron Paul and the Bears have something in common though...a brief flicker of recognition that was preceded and will be followed by a return to their usual state of mediocrity and boredom.

I would like to see the Redskins beat dallas, make playoffs, then seattle, dallas, and face the pack in the NFC champ game. It was a great game 14-17 in reg reason.

Having been raised up on the Iowa/Minn border I am well aware of cold weather. Also played football in the late 40's in weather such as this. My singular opinion is simply, don't play in this type of weather in ANY city in the north. The quality of the play is never representative of the teams and it is pure misery for the fans. Eliminate the "bye week" and end the season earlier in an attempt to avoid this situation.(Or build domed stadiums. OR play all the first half of the season in the north and the second half in the south or domed stadiums. Even tho football is now a business it still remains a game for entertainment so let's attempt a schedule that enhances it for all involved.

It speaks volume of the lack of judgement of people who are Bears fans and live in a state where a bum like him is elected.

If you live in TN you have no reason to criticize us, being that you're from a state that twice voted for the disaster that is Dubya. I'll take Obama over Corker and Alexander ANYDAY...and all this takes away from that point that the Packers got beat by a bad Bears team twice.
